Genesis 7
1And Jehovah saidH559 unto NoahH5146, ComeH935 thou and all thy houseH1004 into the arkH8392; for thee have I seenH7200 righteousH6662 before me in this generationH1755. 2Of every cleanH2889 beast thou shalt takeH3947 to thee sevenH7651 and sevenH7651, the male and his female; and of the beasts that are not cleanH2889 twoH8147, the male and his female: 3of the birdsH5775 alsoH1571 of the heavensH8064, sevenH7651 and sevenH7651, maleH2145 and femaleH5347, to keep seedH2233 aliveH2421 upon the faceH6440 of all the earthH776. 4For yetH5750 sevenH7651 daysH3117, and I will cause it to rainH4305 upon the earthH776 fortyH705 daysH3117 and fortyH705 nightsH3915; and every living thing that I have madeH6213 will I destroy from off the faceH6440 of the groundH776. 5And NoahH5146 did according unto all that Jehovah commandedH6680 him.
6And NoahH5146 wasH1961 sixH8337 hundredH3967 yearsH8141 old when the floodH3999 of watersH4325 wasH1961 upon the earthH776. 7And NoahH5146 wentH935 in, and his sonsH1121, and his wifeH802, and his sons’H1121 wivesH802 with him, into the arkH8392, because of the watersH4325 of the floodH3999. 8Of cleanH2889 beasts, and of beasts that are not cleanH2889, and of birdsH5775, and of everythingH3605 that creepeth upon the groundH127, 9there wentH935 in twoH8147 and twoH8147 unto NoahH5146 into the arkH8392, maleH2145 and femaleH5347, as GodH430 commandedH6680 NoahH5146. 10And it came to pass after the sevenH7651 daysH3117, that the watersH4325 of the floodH3999 wereH1961 upon the earthH776. 11In the sixH8337 hundredth yearH8141 of Noah’s life, in the secondH8145 monthH2320, on the seventeenth dayH3117 of the monthH2320, on the same dayH3117 were all the fountains of the greatH7227 deepH8415 brokenH1234 up, and the windowsH699 of heavenH8064 were openedH6605. 12And the rainH1653 wasH1961 upon the earthH776 fortyH705 daysH3117 and fortyH705 nightsH3915.
13In the selfsame dayH3117 entered NoahH5146, and ShemH8035, and HamH2526, and JaphethH3315, the sonsH1121 of NoahH5146, and Noah’s wifeH802, and the threeH7969 wivesH802 of his sonsH1121 with them, into the arkH8392; 14they, and every beast after its kindH4327, and all the cattleH929 after their kindH4327, and every creepingH7431 thingH7431 that creepeth upon the earthH776 after its kindH4327, and every birdH6833 after its kindH4327, every birdH6833 of every sort. 15And they wentH935 in unto NoahH5146 into the arkH8392, twoH8147 and twoH8147 of all fleshH1320 wherein is the breathH7307 of lifeH2416. 16And they that wentH935 in, wentH935 in maleH2145 and femaleH5347 of all fleshH1320, as GodH430 commandedH6680 him: and Jehovah shutH5462 him in. 17And the floodH3999 wasH1961 fortyH705 daysH3117 upon the earthH776; and the watersH4325 increasedH7235, and bare up the arkH8392, and it wasH1961 liftedH5375 up above the earthH776. 18And the watersH4325 prevailedH1396, and increasedH7235 greatly upon the earthH776; and the arkH8392 went upon the faceH6440 of the watersH4325. 19And the watersH4325 prevailedH1396 exceedinglyH3966 upon the earthH776; and all the highH1364 mountainsH2022 that were under the whole heavenH8064 were coveredH3680. 20Fifteen cubitsH520 upwardH4605 did the watersH4325 prevailH1396; and the mountainsH2022 were coveredH3680. 21And all fleshH1320 diedH1478 that moved upon the earthH776, both birdsH5775, and cattleH929, and beasts, and every creeping thingH8318 that creepeth upon the earthH776, and every manH120: 22all in whose nostrilsH639 was the breathH7307 of the spiritH7307 of lifeH2416, of all that was on the dryH2724 land, diedH4191. 23And every living thingH7431 was destroyed that was upon the faceH6440 of the groundH776, both manH120, and cattleH929, and creepingH7431 things, and birdsH5775 of the heavensH8064; and they were destroyed from the earthH776: and NoahH5146 onlyH389 was leftH7604, and they that were with him in the arkH8392. 24And the watersH4325 prevailedH1396 upon the earthH776 a hundredH3967 and fiftyH2572 daysH3117.
