Mark 1:29-45
291And immediatelyG2117 after they leftG2064 2the synagogueG4864, they enteredG2064 the houseG3614 of SimonG4613 and AndrewG406, with 3JamesG2385 and JohnG2491. 30NowG1161 Simon’sG4613 mother-in-lawG3994 was lyingG2621 sickG2621 with a feverG4445; and they immediatelyG2117 spokeG3004 to 4Jesus aboutG4012 her. 31And He cameG4334 to her and raisedG1453 her upG1453, takingG2902 her by the handG5495, and the feverG4446 leftG863 her, and she servedG1247 them.
32NowG1161 5when eveningG3798 cameG1096, 6afterG3753 the sunG2246 had setG1416, they began bringingG5342 to Him allG3956 who were illG2192G2560 and thoseG3588 who were 7demon-possessedG1139. 33And the wholeG3650 8cityG4172 had gatheredG1996 at the doorG2374. 34And He 9healedG2323 manyG4183 who were illG2192G2560 with variousG4164 diseasesG3554, and castG1544 outG1544 manyG4183 demonsG1140; and He would not permitG863 the demonsG1140 to speakG2980, becauseG3754 they knewG3609 10who He was.
3511And in the earlyG4404 morningG4404, whileG1773 it was stillG3029 darkG1773, Jesus gotG450 upG450, leftG565 the house, and wentG565 awayG565 to a secludedG2048 placeG5117, and 12prayedG4336 thereG2546 for a time. 36SimonG4613 and his companionsG3588G3326 eagerlyG2614 searchedG2614 forG2614 Him; 37and they foundG2147 Him and saidG3004 to Him, “EveryoneG3956 is lookingG2212 forG2212 You.” 38He saidG3004 to them, “Let’s goG71 somewhereG237 elseG237 to the townsG2969 nearbyG2192, soG2443 thatG2443 I may alsoG2532 13preachG2784 thereG1563; for thisG3778 isG1519 whyG1519 I cameG1831.” 3914And He wentG2064 into their synagoguesG4864 15preachingG2784 throughoutG1519G3650 GalileeG1056, and castingG1544 outG1544 the demonsG1140.
4016And a manG3015 withG3015 17leprosyG3015 cameG2064 to 18Jesus, imploringG3870 Him and 19kneelingG1120 downG1120, and sayingG3004 to Him, “IfG1437 You are willingG2309, You canG1410 makeG2511 me cleanG2511.” 41MovedG4697 withG4697 compassionG4697, Jesus reachedG1614 outG1614 with His handG5495 and touchedG681 him, and saidG3004 to him, “I amG2309 willingG2309; be cleansedG2511.” 42And immediatelyG2117 the leprosyG3014 leftG565 him, and he was cleansedG2511. 43And He sternlyG1690 warnedG1690 him and immediatelyG2117 sentG1544 him awayG1544, 44and He saidG3004 to him, “20SeeG3708 that you sayG3004 nothingG3367 to anyoneG3367; but 21goG5217, showG1166 yourselfG4572 to the priestG2409 and 22offerG4374 for your cleansingG2512 whatG3739 MosesG3475 commandedG4367, as a testimonyG3142 to them.” 45But he wentG1831 outG1831 and beganG757 to 23proclaimG2784 it 24freelyG4183 and to 25spreadG1310 the newsG3056 aroundG1310, toG5620 suchG5620 anG5620 extentG5620 thatG5620 26Jesus couldG1410 noG3371 longerG3371 publiclyG5320 enterG1525 a cityG4172, but 27stayedG1510 outG1510 in unpopulatedG2048 areasG5117; and 28they were comingG2064 to Him from everywhereG3840.
