8I, JohnἸωάννηςIōannēsG2491,am the one who heardἀκούωνakouōnG191and sawβλέπωνblepōnG991theseG3778thingsταῦτα·tautaG3778.And whenὅτεhoteG3753I heardἤκουσαēkousaG191and sawἔβλεψα,eblepsaG991them,I fellG4098downἔπεσαepesaG4098to worshipπροσκυνῆσαιproskunēsaiG4352at the feetποδῶνpodōnG4228of the angelἀγγέλουangelouG32who showedδεικνύοντόςdeiknuontosG1166me theseG3778thingsταῦτα.tautaG3778.

11Let the one whoὁhoG3588doesG91wrongG91stillἔτι,etiG2089doG91wrongG91,and the one whoὁhoG3588is filthyῥυπαρὸςrhuparosG4508stillἔτι,etiG2089be filthyG4507;and let the one whoὁhoG3588is righteousδίκαιοςdikaiosG1342stillἔτι·etiG2089practiceποιησάτωpoiēsatōG4160righteousnessδικαιοσύνηνdikaiosunēnG1343,and the one whoὁhoG3588is holyἅγιοςhagiosG40stillἔτι.etiG2089keepG37himself holyG37.”

12“BeholdἰδοὺidouG2400,I am comingἔρχομαιerchomaiG2064quicklyG5035, and MyrewardμισθόςmisthosG3408is with Me,to rewardἀποδοῦναιapodounaiG591eachG1538oneG1538as his workἔργονergonG2041deservesἐστὶνestinG1510.

13I am theAlphaG256and the Omegaὦ,ōG5598,the firstπρῶτοςprōtosG4413and the lastἔσχατος,eschatosG2078,the beginningἀρχὴarchēG746and the endτέλος.¶telosG5056.”

14BlessedΜακάριοιMakarioiG3107are thoseG3588whowashπλύνοντεςplunontesG4150their robesστολὰςstolasG4749,soG2443thatG2443they will have the rightἐξουσίαexousiaG1849tothe treeξύλονxulonG3586of lifeζωῆς,zōēsG2222, and mayenterεἰσέλθωσινeiselthōsinG1525the cityπόλιν.¶polinG4172by thegatesπυλῶσινpulōsinG4440.

15OutsideἜξωExōG1854are thedogsκύνεςkunesG2965,the sorcerersφάρμακοιpharmakoiG5333,the sexuallyπόρνοιpornoiG4205immoralG4205personsG4205,the murderersφονεῖςphoneisG5406,the idolatersεἰδωλολάτραιeidōlolatraiG1496,and everyoneπᾶςpasG3956who lovesφιλῶνphilōnG5368and practicesποιῶνpoiōnG4160lyingψεῦδος.¶pseudosG5579.
