7Toopenלִפְקֹ֖חַlif.Ko.achH6491blindעִוְר֑וֹתiv.RotH5787eyesעֵינַ֣יִם'ei.Na.yimH5869, Tobringלְהוֹצִ֤יאle.ho.Tzi'H3318outH3318prisonersאַסִּ֔יר'a.SirH616from the dungeonמִמַּסְגֵּר֙mi.mas.GerH4525And those who dwellיֹ֥שְׁבֵיYo.she.veiH3427in darknessחֹֽשֶׁךְ׃Cho.shekhH2822from the prisonמִבֵּ֥ית כֶּ֖לֶאmi.Beit Ke.le'H1004 H3608.

9Beholdהִנֵּה־hi.neh-H2009, theformerהָרִֽאשֹׁנ֖וֹתha.ri.sho.NotH7223thingsH7223have comeבָ֑אוּVa.'uH935to passH935,Now I declareמַגִּ֔ידma.GidH5046newוַֽחֲדָשׁוֹת֙va.cha.da.shOtH2319thingsH2319;Beforeבְּטֶ֥רֶםbe.Te.remH2962they sproutתִּצְמַ֖חְנָהtitz.Mach.nahH6779I proclaimאַשְׁמִ֥יע'ash.Mi'H8085them to you.”

10Singשִׁ֤ירוּShi.ruH7891to the Lordלַֽיהוָה֙la.Yah.wehH3068anewחָדָ֔שׁcha.DashH2319songשִׁ֣ירshirH7892, SingHis praiseתְּהִלָּת֖וֹte.hi.la.ToH8416from theendמִקְצֵ֣הmik.TzehH7097of the earthהָאָ֑רֶץha.'A.retzH776!You who goיוֹרְדֵ֤יyor.DeiH3381downH3381to the seaהַיָּם֙hai.YamH3220, andallH4393that is inH4393it; Youislandsאִיִּ֖ים'i.YimH339,and those who liveוְיֹשְׁבֵיהֶֽם׃ve.yo.she.vei.HemH3427on them.
