Psalm 123
Darby Bible
A Song of degrees.
1Unto thee do I liftH5375 up mine eyesH5869, O thou that dwellest in the heavensH8064.2Behold, as the eyesH5869 of servantsH5650 [look] unto the handH3027 of their mastersH113, as the eyesH5869 of a maiden unto the handH3027 of her mistressH1404, soH3651 our eyesH5869 [are directed] to Jehovah our 1GodH430, until he be gracious unto us.3Be gracious unto us, O Jehovah, be gracious unto us; for we are exceedingly filled with contemptH937.4Our soulH5315 is exceedingly filled with the scorning of those that are at easeH7600, with the contemptH937 of the proud.
