Psalms 91
1He that dwelleth in the secret place of the Most High shall abide under the shadowH6738 of the AlmightyH7706.2I sayH559 of Jehovah, My refugeH4268 and my fortress; my 1GodH430, I will confide in him.3Surely he shall deliverH5337 thee from the snareH6341 of the fowlerH3353, [and] from the destructive pestilenceH1698.4He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wingsH3671 shalt thou find refugeH2620: his truthH571 is a shieldH6793 and buckler.5Thou shalt not be afraidH3372 for the terrorH6343 by nightH3915, for the arrowH2671 that flieth by dayH3119,6For the pestilenceH1698 that walketh in darknessH652, for the destructionH6986 that wasteth at noonday.7A thousandH505 shall fallH5307 at thy sideH6654, and tenH7233 thousandH505 at thy rightH3225 handH3225; [but] it shall not come nigh thee.8OnlyH7535 with thine eyesH5869 shalt thou behold, and seeH7200 the reward of the wickedH7563.9Because thou hast madeH7760 Jehovah, my refugeH4268, the Most High, thy dwelling-place,10There shall no evilH7451 befall thee, neither shall any plagueH5061 come nigh thy tentH168.11For he shall give his angelsH4397 charge concerning thee, to keepH8104 thee in all thy waysH1870:12They shall bearH5375 thee up in [their] handsH3709, lestH6435 thou dash thy footH7272 against a stoneH68.13Thou shalt treadH1869 upon the lionH3715 and the adder; the youngH3715 lionH3715 and the dragon shalt thou trampleH7429 under foot.14Because he hath setH7682 his love upon me, therefore will I deliverH6403 him; I will setH7682 him on highH7682, because he hath knownH3045 my nameH8034.15He shall callH7121 upon me, and I will answerH6030 him; I will be with him in troubleH6869, I will deliverH2502 him and honour him.16With lengthH753 of daysH3117 will I satisfyH7646 him, and shew him my salvationH3444.
