Numbers 9
1And Jehovah spokeH1696 to MosesH4872 in the wildernessH4057 of SinaiH5514, in the firstH7223 monthH2320 of the secondH8145 yearH8141 after their departure from the landH776 of EgyptH4714, sayingH559, 2Let the children of IsraelH3478 also hold the passoverH6453 at its set timeH4150; 3on the fourteenth dayH3117 in this monthH2320 between the two eveningsH6153, ye shall hold it at its set time; according to all the rites of it, and according to all the ordinancesH4941 thereof shall ye hold it. 4And MosesH4872 spokeH1696 to the children of IsraelH3478, that they should hold the passoverH6453. 5And they held the passoverH6453 in the firstH7223 [monthH2320] on the fourteenth dayH3117 of the monthH2320, between the two eveningsH6153, in the wildernessH4057 of SinaiH5514: according to all that Jehovah had commandedH6680 MosesH4872, soH3651 did the children of IsraelH3478. 6And there were menH376, who were uncleanH2931 through the dead body of a manH376, and could not hold the passoverH6453 on that dayH3117; and they came before MosesH4872 and before AaronH175 on that dayH3117. 7And those menH376 saidH559 to him, We are uncleanH2931 by reason of the dead body of a manH376: whyH4100 are we kept back, that we may not presentH7126 the offeringH7133 of Jehovah at its set timeH4150 among the children of IsraelH3478? 8And MosesH4872 saidH559 to them, Stay, and I will hearH8085 what Jehovah commandsH6680 concerningH413 you. 9And Jehovah spokeH1696 to MosesH4872, sayingH559, 10SpeakH1696 unto the children of IsraelH3478, sayingH559, If any oneH376 of you or of your generationsH1755 beH1961 uncleanH2931 by reason of a dead body or beH1961 on a journeyH1870 afarH7350 off, yet he shall hold the passoverH6453 to Jehovah. 11In the secondH8145 monthH2320, on the fourteenth dayH3117, between the two eveningsH6153, shall they hold it; with unleavenedH4682 breadH4682 and bitterH4844 herbsH4844 shall they eatH398 it. 12They shall leaveH7604 none of it until the morningH1242, nor breakH7665 a boneH6106 thereof: according to every ordinance of the passoverH6453 shall they hold it. 13But a manH376 that is cleanH2889, and is not on a journeyH1870, and forbeareth to hold the passoverH6453, that soulH5315 shall beH1961 cutH3772 off from among his peoplesH5971; because he presentedH7126 not the offeringH7133 of Jehovah at its set timeH4150: that manH376 shall bearH5375 his sinH2399. 14And if a stranger shall sojourn among you, and would hold the passoverH6453 to Jehovah, according to the rite of the passoverH6453, and according to the ordinanceH4941 thereof, soH3651 shall he do. Ye shall have oneH259 rite, both for the stranger and for him that is born in the landH776. 15And on the dayH3117 that the tabernacleH4908 wasH1961 setH6965 up, the cloudH6051 coveredH3680 the tabernacleH4908 of the tentH168 of testimonyH5715; and at even it wasH1961 upon the tabernacleH4908 as the appearanceH4758 of fireH784, until the morningH1242. 16So it wasH1961 continuallyH8548: the cloudH6051 coveredH3680 it, and at nightH3915 it wasH1961 as the appearanceH4758 of fireH784. 17And whenH834 the cloudH6051 rose from the tentH168, then the children of IsraelH3478 journeyed; and at the placeH4725 whereH834 the cloudH6051 stood still, there the children of IsraelH3478 encampedH2583. 18According to the commandment of Jehovah the children of IsraelH3478 journeyed, and according to the commandment of Jehovah they [remained] encampedH2583; all the daysH3117 that the cloudH6051 dweltH7931 upon the tabernacleH4908 they encampedH2583. 19And when the cloudH6051 was long upon the tabernacleH4908 manyH7227 daysH3117, then the children of IsraelH3478 keptH8104 the chargeH4931 of Jehovah, and journeyed not. 20And if it were so that the cloudH6051 wasH1961 a few daysH3117 upon the tabernacleH4908, according to the commandment of Jehovah they encampedH2583, and according to the commandment of Jehovah they journeyed. 21And if it were so that the cloudH6051 wasH1961 there from the eveningH6153 until the morningH1242, and that the cloudH6051 wasH1961 taken up in the morningH1242, then they journeyed; or a dayH3119 and a nightH3915, and the cloudH6051 wasH1961 taken up, they journeyed; 22or two daysH3117, or a monthH2320, or many daysH3117, when the cloudH6051 was long upon the tabernacleH4908, dwellingH4908 upon it, the children of IsraelH3478 [remained] encampedH2583, and journeyed not; but when it was taken up, they journeyed. 23At the commandment of Jehovah they encampedH2583, and at the commandment of Jehovah they journeyed: they keptH8104 the chargeH4931 of Jehovah according to the commandment of Jehovah through MosesH4872.
