Matthew 26:51-56
And beholdG2400, oneG1520 of those with JesusG2424 stretchedG1614 out his handG5495 and drew his swordG3162, and smiting the bondman of the highG749 priestG749 took off his earG5621.
ThenG5119 saith JesusG2424 to him, Return thy swordG3162 to its placeG5117; for all who takeG2983 the swordG3162 shall perishG622 by the swordG3162.
Or thinkest thou that I cannot now call upon my FatherG3962, and he will furnish me moreG4183 than twelveG1427 legionsG3003 of angelsG32?
HowG4459 thenG3767 should the scripturesG1124 be fulfilled that thus it must be?
In that hourG5610 JesusG2424 saidG3004 to the crowdsG3793, Are ye comeG1831 out as against a robberG3027 with swordsG3162 and sticks to takeG2902 me? I sat daily [with you] teachingG1321 in the temple, and ye did not seizeG2902 me.
But all this is comeG1096 to passG1096 that the scripturesG1124 of the prophetsG4396 may be fulfilled. ThenG5119 all the disciplesG3101 leftG863 him and fledG5343.
