Darby Bible
Luke 11:9-13
9And I sayG3004 to you, AskG154, and it shall be givenG1325 to you; seekG2212, and ye shall findG2147; knockG2925, and it shall be openedG455 to you.
10For every oneG3588 that asksG154 receivesG2983; and he that seeksG2212 findsG2147; and to him that knocksG2925 it will be openedG455.
11But of whom of you that is a fatherG3962 shall a sonG5207 askG154 breadG740, and [the fatherG3962] shall giveG1929 him a stoneG3037? or alsoG2532 a fishG2486, and instead of a fishG2486 shall giveG1929 him a serpentG3789?
12or if alsoG2532 he shall askG154 an egg, shall giveG1929 him a scorpionG4651?
13If thereforeG3767 ye, being evilG4190, know howG4214 to giveG1325 goodG18 giftsG1390 to your childrenG5043, howG4214 muchG4214 ratherG3123 shall the FatherG3962 who is of heavenG3772 giveG1325 [the] HolyG40 SpiritG4151 to them that askG154 him?
