Leviticus 19
And Jehovah spake unto MosesH4872, sayingH559, 2SpeakH1696 unto all the congregationH5712 of the children of IsraelH3478, and sayH559 unto them, Ye shall beH1961 holyH6918; for I Jehovah your GodH430 am holyH6918. 3Ye shall fearH3372 every manH376 his motherH517, and his fatherH1; and ye shall keepH8104 my sabbathsH7676: I am Jehovah your GodH430. 4TurnH6437 ye not unto idolsH457, nor makeH6213 to yourselves molten godsH430: I am Jehovah your GodH430.
And when ye offerH2076 a sacrificeH2077 of peace-offerings unto Jehovah, ye shall offerH2076 it that ye may be accepted. 6It shall be eatenH398 the same dayH3117 ye offer it, and on the morrow: and if aught remainH3498 until the thirdH7992 dayH3117, it shall be burnt with fireH784. 7And if it be eatenH398 at all on the thirdH7992 dayH3117, it is an abomination; it shall not be acceptedH7521: 8but every one that eateth it shall bearH5375 his iniquityH5771, because he hath profanedH2490 the holyH6944 thingH6944 of Jehovah: and that soulH5315 shall be cutH3772 off from his peopleH5971.
And when ye reapH7114 the harvestH7105 of your landH776, thou shalt not wholly reapH7114 the cornersH6285 of thy fieldH7704, neither shalt thou gatherH3950 the gleaning of thy harvestH7105. 10And thou shalt not gleanH3950 thy vineyardH3754, neither shalt thou gatherH3950 the fallen fruit of thy vineyardH3754; thou shalt leaveH5800 them for the poorH6041 and for the sojournerH1616: I am Jehovah your GodH430.
Ye shall not stealH1589; neither shall ye dealH8266 falselyH8266, nor lie oneH376 to another. 12And ye shall not swearH7650 by my nameH8034 falsely, and profaneH2490 the nameH8034 of thy GodH430: I am Jehovah.
Thou shalt not oppressH6231 thy neighborH7453, nor robH1497 him: the wagesH6468 of a hired servant shall not abide with thee all night until the morningH1242. 14Thou shalt not curseH7043 the deafH2795, nor putH5414 a stumblingblock before the blindH5787; but thou shalt fearH3372 thy GodH430: I am Jehovah.
Ye shall do no unrighteousnessH5766 in judgmentH4941: thou shalt not respect the person of the poorH1800, nor honorH1921 the person of the mighty; but in righteousnessH6664 shalt thou judgeH8199 thy neighbor. 16Thou shalt not go up and down as a talebearer among thy peopleH5971: neither shalt thou standH5975 against the bloodH1818 of thy neighborH7453: I am Jehovah.
Thou shalt not hateH8130 thy brotherH251 in thy heartH3824: thou shalt surely rebukeH3198 thy neighbor, and not bearH5375 sinH2399 because of him. 18Thou shalt not take vengeance, nor bear any grudge against the children of thy peopleH5971; but thou shalt loveH157 thy neighborH7453 as thyself: I am Jehovah.
Ye shall keepH8104 my statutesH2708. Thou shalt not let thy cattleH929 gender with a diverse kind: thou shalt not sowH2232 thy fieldH7704 with twoH3610 kindsH3610 of seedH2232: neither shall there comeH5927 upon thee a garmentH899 of twoH3610 kindsH3610 of stuff mingled together. 20And whosoever lieth carnally with a womanH802, that is a bondmaid, betrothed to a husbandH376, and not at all redeemedH6299, nor freedom givenH5414 her; they shall beH1961 punished; they shall not beH1961 putH5414 to deathH4191, because she wasH1961 not free. 21And he shall bringH935 his trespass-offering unto Jehovah, unto the doorH6607 of the tentH168 of meetingH4150, even a ramH352 for a trespass-offering. 22And the priestH3548 shall make atonementH3722 for him with the ramH352 of the trespass-offering before Jehovah for his sinH2398 which he hath sinnedH2398: and the sinH2398 which he hath sinnedH2398 shall be forgivenH5545 him.
And when ye shall comeH935 into the landH776, and shall have plantedH5193 all manner of treesH6086 for foodH3978, then ye shall count the fruitH6529 thereof as their uncircumcision: threeH7969 yearsH8141 shall they beH1961 as uncircumcisedH6189 unto you; it shall not beH1961 eatenH398. 24But in the fourthH7243 yearH8141 all the fruitH6529 thereof shall beH1961 holyH6944, for giving praise unto Jehovah. 25And in the fifthH2549 yearH8141 shall ye eatH398 of the fruitH6529 thereof, that it may yieldH8393 unto you the increaseH3254 thereof: I am Jehovah your GodH430.
Ye shall not eatH398 anything with the bloodH1818: neither shall ye use enchantments, nor practise augury. 27Ye shall not roundH5362 the cornersH6285 of your headsH7218, neither shalt thou mar the cornersH6285 of thy beardH2206. 28Ye shall not makeH5414 any cuttings in your fleshH1320 for the dead, nor print any marks upon you: I am Jehovah.
ProfaneH2490 not thy daughterH1323, to make her a harlot; lest the landH776 fall to whoredom, and the landH776 become fullH4390 of wickednessH2154. 30Ye shall keepH8104 my sabbathsH7676, and reverence my sanctuaryH4720: I am Jehovah.
TurnH6437 ye not unto them that have familiar spirits, nor unto the wizards; seekH1245 them not out, to be defiledH2930 by them: I am Jehovah your GodH430.
Thou shalt riseH6965 up before the hoary head, and honorH1921 the faceH6440 of the oldH2205 manH2205, and thou shalt fearH3372 thy GodH430: I am Jehovah.
And if a stranger sojourn with thee in your landH776, ye shall not do him wrong. 34The stranger that sojourneth with you shall beH1961 unto you as the home-born among you, and thou shalt loveH157 him as thyself; for ye wereH1961 sojournersH1616 in the landH776 of EgyptH4714: I am Jehovah your GodH430.
Ye shall do no unrighteousnessH5766 in judgmentH4941, in measures of length, of weightH4948, or of quantity. 36Just balances, just weightsH68, a just ephahH374, and a just hinH1969, shall ye have: I am Jehovah your GodH430, who broughtH3318 you out of the landH776 of EgyptH4714. 37And ye shall observeH8104 all my statutesH2708, and all mine ordinancesH4941, and do them: I am Jehovah.
