Samuel 28:11-20
Then saidH559 the womanH802, Whom shall I bringH5927 up to thee? And he saidH559, BringH5927 me up SamuelH8050.
And when the womanH802 sawH7200 SamuelH8050, she criedH2199 out with a loud voiceH6963; and the womanH802 spoke to SaulH7586, sayingH559, WhyH4100 hast thou deceived me? Even thou art SaulH7586.
And the kingH4428 saidH559 to her, Be not afraidH3372; but what didst thou seeH7200? And the womanH802 saidH559 to SaulH7586, I sawH7200 a 1godH430 ascending out of the earthH776.
And he saidH559 to her, What is his formH8389? And she saidH559, An oldH2205 manH376 comesH5927 up; and he is covered with a mantle. And SaulH7586 knewH3045 that it was SamuelH8050, and he stooped with his faceH639 to the groundH776, and bowedH7812 himself.
And SamuelH8050 saidH559 to SaulH7586, WhyH4100 hast thou disquieted me, to bringH5927 me up? And SaulH7586 saidH559, I am sore distressed; for the PhilistinesH6430 makeH6213 war against me, and 2GodH430 is departedH5493 from me, and answers me no more, neither by prophetsH5030 nor by dreamsH2472; therefore I have calledH7121 thee, that thou mayest makeH6213 knownH3045 to me what I shall do.
And SamuelH8050 saidH559, WhyH4100 then dost thou inquire of me, seeing Jehovah is departedH5493 from thee, and is becomeH1961 thine enemy?
And Jehovah has done for himself as he spokeH1696 by me; and Jehovah has rent the kingdomH4467 out of thy handH3027, and givenH5414 it to thy neighbour, to DavidH1732.
Because thou didst not hearken to the voiceH6963 of Jehovah, and didst not execute his fierce angerH639 upon AmalekH6002, thereforeH3651 has Jehovah done this thingH1697 to thee this dayH3117.
And Jehovah will alsoH1571 giveH5414 IsraelH3478 with thee into the handH3027 of the PhilistinesH6430; and to-morrow shalt thou and thy sonsH1121 be with me; the armyH4264 of IsraelH3478 alsoH1571 will Jehovah giveH5414 into the handH3027 of the PhilistinesH6430.
And SaulH7586 fellH5307 straightway his full length on the earthH776, and wasH1961 sore afraidH3372 because of the wordsH1697 of SamuelH8050; and there wasH1961 no strengthH3581 in him, for he had eatenH398 no breadH3899 all the dayH3117 nor all the nightH3915.
