Romans 11:12-32
12NowG1161 if their fall is the richesG4149 of the worldG2889, and their loss the richesG4149 of the GentilesG1484; howG4214 muchG4214 moreG3123 their fulness? 13But I speakG3004 to you that areG1510 GentilesG1484. Inasmuch thenG3767 as I amG1510 an apostleG652 of GentilesG1484, I glorifyG1392 my ministryG1248; 14if by any means I may provokeG3863 to jealousyG3863 them that are my fleshG4561, and may saveG4982 some of them. 15For if the casting away of them is the reconciling of the worldG2889, what shall the receiving of them be, but lifeG2222 from the deadG3498? 16And if the firstfruit is holyG40, so is the lumpG5445: and if the rootG4491 is holyG40, so are the branchesG2798. 17But if some of the branchesG2798 wereG1510 broken off, and thou, beingG1510 a wildG65 oliveG1636, wast graftedG1461 in among them, and didst becomeG1096 partaker with them of the rootG4491 of the fatness of the oliveG1636 treeG1636; 18glory not over the branchesG2798: but if thou gloriest, it is not thou that bearest the rootG4491, but the rootG4491 thee. 19Thou wilt sayG3004 thenG3767, BranchesG2798 were broken off, that I might be graftedG1461 in. 20WellG2573; by their unbeliefG570 they were broken off, and thou standest by thy faithG4102. Be not highminded, but fearG5399: 21for if GodG2316 spared not the natural branchesG2798, neither will he spareG5339 thee. 22BeholdG2396 then the goodness and severityG663 of GodG2316: toward them that fellG4098, severityG663; but toward thee, God’s goodness, if thou continueG1961 in his goodness: otherwiseG1893 thou alsoG2532 shalt be cutG1581 off. 23And they also, if they continueG1961 not in their unbeliefG570, shall beG1510 graftedG1461 in: for GodG2316 isG1510 ableG1415 to graft them in againG3825. 24For if thou wast cutG1581 out of that which is by natureG5449 a wildG65 oliveG1636 treeG1636, and wast graftedG1461 contraryG3844 to natureG5449 into a good oliveG1636 treeG1636; howG4214 muchG4214 moreG3123 shall these, which are the natural branches, be graftedG1461 into their ownG2398 oliveG1636 treeG1636?
25For I would not, brethren, have you ignorantG50 of this mysteryG3466, lestG3361 ye beG1510 wiseG5429 in your ownG1438 conceits, that a hardening in partG3313 hath befallen IsraelG2474, until the fulness of the GentilesG1484 beG1510 comeG1096 in; 26and so all IsraelG2474 shall be savedG4982: evenG2532 as it is writtenG1125,
28As touching the gospelG2098, they are enemiesG2190 for your sakeG1223: but as touching the electionG1589, they are belovedG27 for the fathers’ sakeG1223. 29For the giftsG5486 and the callingG2821 of GodG2316 are not repented of. 30For as ye in timeG4218 past were disobedientG544 to GodG2316, but nowG1161 have obtained mercyG1653 by their disobedienceG543, 31evenG2532 soG2443 have these alsoG2532 nowG3568 been disobedientG544, that by the mercyG1656 shownG1653 to you they alsoG2532 may nowG3568 obtain mercyG1656. 32For GodG2316 hath shut up all unto disobedienceG543, that he might have mercyG1653 upon all.
