Luke 9:28-43
28And it cameG1096 to passG1096 about eightG3638 daysG2250 after these sayingsG3056, that he tookG3880 with him PeterG4074 and JohnG2491 and JamesG2385, and wentG305 up into the mountainG3735 to prayG4336. 29And as he was prayingG4336, the fashion of his countenance was altered, and his raiment becameG1096 whiteG3022 and dazzling. 30And beholdG2400, there talked with him twoG1417 menG435, who wereG1510 MosesG3475 and ElijahG2243; 31who appeared in gloryG1391, and spake of his decease which he was about to accomplish at JerusalemG2419. 32NowG1161 PeterG4074 and they that wereG1510 with him wereG1510 heavy with sleepG5258: but when they wereG1510 fully awake, they sawG3708 his gloryG1391, and the twoG1417 menG435 that stood with him. 33And it cameG1096 to passG1096, as they wereG1510 parting from him, PeterG4074 saidG3004 unto JesusG2424, MasterG1988, it isG1510 goodG2570 for us to beG1510 hereG5602: and let us makeG4160 threeG5140 tabernaclesG4633; oneG1520 for thee, and oneG1520 for MosesG3475, and oneG1520 for ElijahG2243: not knowing what he saidG3004. 34And while he saidG3004 these thingsG3778, there cameG1096 a cloudG3507, and overshadowedG1982 them: and they fearedG5399 as they enteredG1525 into the cloudG3507. 35And a voiceG5456 cameG1096 out of the cloudG3507, sayingG3004, This isG1510 my SonG5207, my chosen: hearG191 ye him. 36And when the voiceG5456 cameG1096, JesusG2424 was foundG2147 aloneG3441. And they held their peace, and toldG518 no man in those daysG2250 any of the thingsG3739 which they had seenG3708.
37And it cameG1096 to passG1096, on the nextG1836 dayG2250, when they were comeG1096 down from the mountainG3735, a greatG4183 multitudeG3793 met him. 38And beholdG2400, a manG435 from the multitudeG3793 criedG994, sayingG3004, TeacherG1320, I beseech thee to look upon my sonG5207; for he isG1510 mineG1473 onlyG3439 child: 39and beholdG2400, a spiritG4151 taketh him, and he suddenlyG1810 crieth out; and it teareth him that he foameth, and it hardly departeth from him, bruising him sorely. 40And I besought thy disciplesG3101 to castG1544 it out; and they could not. 41And JesusG2424 answeredG611 and saidG3004, O faithless and perverse generationG1074, how long shall I beG1510 with you, and bearG430 with you? bringG4317 hither thy sonG5207. 42And as he was yet a comingG4334, the demonG1140 dashed him downG4486, and tare him grievously. But JesusG2424 rebukedG2008 the uncleanG169 spiritG4151, and healedG2390 the boyG3816, and gaveG591 him backG591 to his fatherG3962. 43And they were all astonishedG1605 at the majestyG3168 of GodG2316.
But while all were marvelling at all the thingsG3956 which he did, he saidG3004 unto his disciplesG3101,
