Jeremiah 23:27-32
27that think to cause my peopleH5971 to forgetH7911 my nameH8034 by their dreamsH2472 which they tell every manH376 to his neighborH7453, as their fathersH1 forgat my nameH8034 for BaalH1168. 28The prophetH5030 that hath a dreamH2472, let him tell a dreamH2472; and he that hath my wordH1697, let him speakH1696 my wordH1697 faithfully. What is the strawH8401 to the wheat? saith Jehovah. 29Is not my wordH1697 like fireH784? saith Jehovah; and like a hammerH6360 that breaketh the rockH5553 in pieces? 30ThereforeH3651, behold, I am against the prophetsH5030, saith Jehovah, that stealH1589 my wordsH1697 every oneH376 from his neighborH7453. 31Behold, I am against the prophetsH5030, saith Jehovah, that use their tonguesH3956, and say, He saith. 32Behold, I am against them that prophesyH5012 lyingH8267 dreamsH2472, saith Jehovah, and do tell them, and cause my peopleH5971 to errH8582 by their liesH8267, and by their vain boasting: yet I sentH7971 them not, nor commandedH6680 them; neither do they profitH3276 this peopleH5971 at all, saith Jehovah.
