Jeremiah 18:11-15
11NowH6258 thereforeH6258, speak to the menH376 of JudahH3063, and to the inhabitantsH3427 of JerusalemH3389, sayingH559, ThusH3541 saith Jehovah: Behold, I frame evilH7451 against you, and devise a device against you: returnH7725 ye nowH6258 every oneH376 from his evilH7451 wayH1870, and amend your waysH1870 and your doings. 12But they sayH559, It is in vain; for we will walk after our own devices, and we will do every oneH376 after the stubbornnessH8307 of his evilH7451 heartH3820.
13ThereforeH3651 thusH3541 saith Jehovah: AskH7592 ye now among the nationsH1471, who hath heardH8085 such thingsH428; the virginH1330 of IsraelH3478 hath done a veryH3966 horrible thing. 14Shall the snowH7950 of LebanonH3844 fail from the rockH6697 of the fieldH7704? or shall the cold watersH4325 that flowH5140 down from afar be dried up? 15For my peopleH5971 have forgottenH7911 me, they have burned incenseH6999 to false gods; and they have been made to stumbleH3782 in their waysH1870, in the ancient paths, to walk in bypaths, in a wayH1870 not cast up;
