Revelation 9:2-21

2He openedG455 the shaftG5421 of the abyssG12, and 1smokeG2586 ascendedG305 out of the shaftG5421 likeG5613 the smokeG2586 of a greatG3173 furnaceG2575; and 2the sunG2246 and the airG109 were darkenedG4656 from the smokeG2586 of the shaftG5421. 3ThenG2532 out of the smokeG2586 cameG1831 3locustsG200 4upon the earthG1093, and powerG1849 was givenG1325 them, as the 5scorpionsG4651 of the earthG1093 haveG2192 powerG1849. 4They were toldG3004 not to 6hurtG91 the 7grassG5528 of the earthG1093, norG3761 anyG3956 greenG5515 thingG5515, norG3761 anyG3956 treeG1186, but onlyG1487 G3361 the peopleG444 whoG3748 do not haveG2192 the 8sealG4973 of GodG2316 on their foreheadsG3359. 5And 9they were not permittedG1325 to killG615 10anyoneG846, but to tormentG928 for 11fiveG4002 monthsG3376; and their tormentG929 was likeG5613 the tormentG929 of a 12scorpionG4651 whenG3752 it 13stingsG3817 a personG444. 6And in thoseG1565 daysG2250 14peopleG444 will seekG2212 deathG2288 and will not findG2147 it; they will longG1937 to dieG599, and deathG2288 15will fleeG5343 from them!

7The 16 17appearanceG3667 of the locustsG200 was likeG3664 horsesG2462 preparedG2090 for battleG4171; and on their headsG2776 appearedG5613 to be crownsG4735 likeG3664 goldG5557, and their facesG4383 were likeG5613 humanG444 facesG4383. 8They hadG2192 hairG2359 likeG5613 the hairG2359 of womenG1135, and their 18teethG3599 were likeG5613 the teeth of lionsG3023. 9They hadG2192 breastplatesG2382 likeG5613 breastplatesG2382 of ironG4603; and the 19soundG5456 of their wingsG4420 was likeG5613 the soundG5456 of chariotsG716, of manyG4183 horsesG2462 rushingG5143 to battleG4171. 10They haveG2192 tailsG3769 likeG3664 20scorpionsG4651, and stingsG2759; and in their 21tailsG3769 is their powerG1849 to hurtG91 peopleG444 for 22fiveG4002 monthsG3376. 11They haveG2192 as kingG935 overG1909 them, the angelG32 of the 23abyssG12; his nameG3686 in 24HebrewG1447 is 25 26AbaddonG3, and in the GreekG1673 he hasG2192 the nameG3686 27ApollyonG623.

12 28The firstG1520 woeG3759 has passedG565; beholdG2400, twoG1417 woesG3759 are stillG2089 comingG2064 afterG3326 theseG3778 thingsG3778.

13ThenG2532 the sixthG1623 angelG32 soundedG4537, and I heardG191 29a voiceG5456 from the 30fourG5064 31hornsG2768 of the 32goldenG5552 altarG2379 which is beforeG1799 GodG2316, 14sayingG3004 to the sixthG1623 angelG32 who hadG2192 the trumpetG4536, “ReleaseG3089 the 33fourG5064 angelsG32 who are boundG1210 at the 34greatG3173 riverG4215 EuphratesG2166.” 15And the fourG5064 angelsG32, who had been preparedG2090 for the hourG5610 and dayG2250 and monthG3376 and yearG1763, were 35releasedG3089, soG2443 thatG2443 they would killG615 a 36thirdG5154 of mankindG444. 16The numberG706 of the armiesG4753 of the horsemenG2461 was 37twoG1365 G3461 hundredG1365 G3461 millionG1365 G3461; 38I heardG191 the numberG706 of them. 17And thisG3779 isG3779 howG3779 I sawG3708 39in my visionG3706 the horsesG2462 and thoseG3588 who satG2521 on them: the riders hadG2192 breastplatesG2382 the color of fireG4447, of hyacinthG5191, and ofG2306 40 41brimstoneG2306; and the headsG2776 of the horsesG2462 are likeG5613 the headsG2776 of lionsG3023; and 42out of their mouthsG4750 cameG1607 fireG4442 and smokeG2586 and 43 44brimstoneG2303. 18A 45thirdG5154 of mankindG444 was killedG615 by theseG3778 threeG5140 plaguesG4127, by the 46fireG4442, the smokeG2586, and the 47brimstoneG2303 which cameG1607 outG1607 of their mouthsG4750. 19For the powerG1849 of the horsesG2462 is in their mouthsG4750 and in their tailsG3769; for their tailsG3769 are likeG3664 serpentsG3789 and haveG2192 headsG2776, and with them they doG91 harmG91.

20The restG3062 of mankindG444, whoG3739 were not killedG615 by theseG3778 plaguesG4127, 48did not repentG3340 of 49the worksG2041 of their handsG5495 soG2443 asG2443 not to 50worshipG4352 demonsG1140 and 51the idolsG1497 of goldG5552, silverG693, brassG5470, stoneG3035, and woodG3585, whichG3739 canG1410 neitherG3777 seeG991 norG3777 hearG191 norG3777 walkG4043; 21and they 52did not repentG3340 of their murdersG5408, norG3777 of their 53witchcraftG5331, norG3777 of their 54sexualG4202 immoralityG4202, norG3777 of their theftsG2809.
