1This is whatכֹּ֚הkohH3541the LORDיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068saysאָמַ֣ר'a.MarH559: “Maintainשִׁמְר֥וּshim.RuH8104justiceמִשְׁפָּ֖טmish.PatH4941and doוַעֲשׂ֣וּva.'a.SuH6213what is rightצְדָקָ֑הtze.da.KahH6666,forכִּֽי־ki-H3588My salvationיְשֽׁוּעָתִי֙ye.shu.'a.TiH3444is comingלָב֔וֹאla.Vo'H935soonקְרוֹבָ֤הke.ro.VahH7138,and My righteousnessוְצִדְקָתִ֖יve.tzid.ka.TiH6666will be revealedלְהִגָּלֽוֹת׃le.hi.ga.LotH1540.

2Blessedאַשְׁרֵ֤י'ash.ReiH835is the manאֱנוֹשׁ֙'e.no.VoshH582who doesיַעֲשֶׂה־ya.'a.seh-H6213thisזֹּ֔אתZotH2063,and the sonוּבֶן־u.ven-H1121of manאָדָ֖ם'a.DamH120who holds it fastיַחֲזִ֣יקya.cha.ZikH2388,who keepsשֹׁמֵ֤רsho.MerH8104the Sabbathשַׁבָּת֙sha.BatH7676without profaning itמֵֽחַלְּל֔וֹme.cha.le.LoH2490and keepsוְשֹׁמֵ֥רve.sho.MerH8104his handיָד֖וֹya.DoH3027from doingמֵעֲשׂ֥וֹתme.'a.SotH6213anyכָּל־kol-H3605evilרָֽע׃ סRa'H7451.”

3Let noוְאַל־ve.'al-H408foreignerבֶּן־ הַנֵּכָ֗רben- ha.ne.KharH1121 H5236who has joined himselfהַנִּלְוָ֤הha.nil.VahH3867toאֶל־'el-H413the LORDיְהוָה֙Yah.wehH3068sayיֹאמַ֣רyo.MarH559לֵאמֹ֔רle.MorH559, “The LORDיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068will utterly exclude meH914fromמֵעַ֣לme.'AlH5921His peopleעַמּ֑וֹa.MoH5971.”And let the eunuchהַסָּרִ֔יסha.sa.RisH5631notוְאַל־ve.'al-H408sayיֹאמַר֙yo.MarH559, “Iאֲנִ֖י'a.NiH589am butהֵ֥ןhenH2005a dryיָבֵֽשׁ׃ סya.VeshH3002treeעֵ֥ץ'etzH6086.”

4Forכִּי־ki-H3588this is whatכֹ֣ה׀khohH3541the LORDיְהוָ֗הYah.wehH3068saysאָמַ֣ר'a.MarH559: “To the eunuchsלַסָּֽרִיסִים֙la.sa.ri.SimH5631whoאֲשֶׁ֤ר'a.SherH834keepיִשְׁמְרוּ֙yish.me.RuH8104אֶת־'et-H853My Sabbathsשַׁבְּתוֹתַ֔יsha.be.to.TaiH7676,who chooseוּבָֽחֲר֖וּu.va.cha.RuH977whatבַּאֲשֶׁ֣רba.'a.SherH834pleases Meחָפָ֑צְתִּיcha.Fa.tze.tiH2654and hold fastוּמַחֲזִיקִ֖יםu.ma.cha.zi.KimH2388to My covenantבִּבְרִיתִֽי׃biv.ri.TiH1285—

5I will giveוְנָתַתִּ֨יve.na.ta.TiH5414them,in My houseבְּבֵיתִ֤יbe.vei.TiH1004and within My wallsוּבְחֽוֹמֹתַי֙u.ve.cho.mo.TaiH2346,a memorialיָ֣דyadH3027and a nameוָשֵׁ֔םva.ShemH8034better thanט֖וֹבTovH2896that of sonsמִבָּנִ֣יםmi.ba.NimH1121and daughtersוּמִבָּנ֑וֹתu.mi.ba.NotH1323.I will giveאֶתֶּן־'e.ten-H5414theman everlastingעוֹלָם֙o.LamH5769nameשֵׁ֤םshemH8034thatאֲשֶׁ֖ר'a.SherH834will notלֹ֥אlo'H3808be cut offיִכָּרֵֽת׃ סyi.ka.RetH3772.

6And the foreignersוּבְנֵ֣י הַנֵּכָ֗רu.ve.Nei ha.ne.KharH1121 H5236who joinהַנִּלְוִ֤יםha.nil.VimH3867themselves toעַל־'al-H5921the LORDיְהוָה֙Yah.wehH3068to minister to Himלְשָׁ֣רְת֔וֹle.Sha.re.ToH8334,to loveוּֽלְאַהֲבָה֙u.le.'a.ha.VahH157אֶת־'et-H853the nameשֵׁ֣םshemH8034of the LORDיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068,and to beלִהְי֥וֹתlih.YotH1961Hisservantsלַעֲבָדִ֑יםla.'a.va.DimH5650—allכָּל־kol-H3605who keepשֹׁמֵ֤רsho.MerH8104the Sabbathשַׁבָּת֙sha.BatH7676without profaning itמֵֽחַלְּל֔וֹme.cha.le.LoH2490and who hold fastוּמַחֲזִיקִ֖יםu.ma.cha.zi.KimH2388to My covenantבִּבְרִיתִֽי׃biv.ri.TiH1285—

7I will bring themוַהֲבִיאוֹתִ֞יםva.ha.vi.'o.TimH935toאֶל־'el-H413My holyקָדְשִׁ֗יkod.shiH6944mountainהַ֣רharH2022and make them joyfulוְשִׂמַּחְתִּים֙ve.si.mach.TimH8055in My houseבְּבֵ֣יתbe.VeitH1004of prayerתְּפִלָּתִ֔יte.fi.la.TiH8605.Their burnt offeringsעוֹלֹתֵיהֶ֧םo.lo.tei.HemH5930and sacrificesוְזִבְחֵיהֶ֛םve.ziv.chei.HemH2077will be acceptedלְרָצ֖וֹןle.ra.TzonH7522onעַֽל־'al-H5921My altarמִזְבְּחִ֑יmiz.be.ChiH4196,forכִּ֣יkiH3588My houseבֵיתִ֔יvei.TiH1004will be calledיִקָּרֵ֖אyi.ka.Re'H7121a houseבֵּית־beit-H1004of prayerתְּפִלָּ֥הte.fi.LahH8605for allלְכָל־le.kholH3605the nationsהָעַמִּֽים׃ha.'a.MimH5971.”

8Thus declaresנְאֻם֙ne.'UmH5002the Lordאֲדֹנָ֣י'a.do.NaiH136GODיְהוִ֔הYah.wehH3069,who gathersמְקַבֵּ֖ץme.ka.BetzH6908the dispersedנִדְחֵ֣יnid.CheiH5080of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֑לYis.ra.'ElH3478: “I will gatherאֲקַבֵּ֥ץ'a.ka.BetzH6908to themעָלָ֖יו'a.LavH5921still othersע֛וֹדodH5750besides those already gatheredלְנִקְבָּצָֽיו׃le.nik.ba.TzavH6908.”

9Comeאֵתָ֕יוּ'e.Ta.yuH857,allכֹּ֖לkolH3605you beastsחַיְת֣וֹchay.ToH2416of the fieldשָׂדָ֑יsa.DaiH7704;eat greedilyלֶאֱכֹ֥לle.'e.KholH398,allכָּל־kol-H3605you beastsחַיְת֖וֹchay.ToH2416of the forestבַּיָּֽעַר׃ סbai.Ya.'arH3293.

10Israel’swatchmenצֹפָ֞יוtza.fiuH6822are blindעִוְרִ֤ים'iv.RimH5787,they are allכֻּלָּם֙ku.LamH3605obliviousלֹ֣א יָדָ֔עוּlo' ya.Da.'uH3045 H3808;they are allכֻּלָּם֙ku.LamH3605muteאִלְּמִ֔ים'i.le.MimH483dogsכְּלָבִ֣יםke.la.VimH3611,they cannotלֹ֥א יוּכְל֖וּlo' yu.khe.LuH3808 H3201barkלִנְבֹּ֑חַlin.Bo.achH5024;they are dreamersהֹזִים֙ho.ZimH1957lying aroundשֹֽׁכְבִ֔יםsho.khe.VimH7901,lovingאֹהֲבֵ֖י'o.ha.VeiH157to slumberלָנֽוּם׃la.NumH5123.
