29“Do not rejoiceתִּשְׂמְחִ֤יtis.me.ChiH8055,Philistiaפְלֶ֙שֶׁת֙fe.Le.shetH6429,allכֻּלֵּ֔ךְku.LekhH3605of you,BecauseH3588the rodשֵׁ֣בֶטShe.vetH7626thatstruckמַכֵּ֑ךְma.KekhH5221you is brokenנִשְׁבַּ֖רnish.BarH7665;For from the serpent’sנָחָשׁ֙na.ChashH5175rootמִשֹּׁ֤רֶשׁmi.Sho.reshH8328aviperצֶ֔פַעTze.fa'H6848will comeH3318outH3318,And its fruitוּפִרְי֖וֹu.fir.YoH6529will be awingedמְעוֹפֵֽף׃me.'o.FefH5774serpentשָׂרָ֥ףsa.RafH8314.

30Those who are mostבְּכוֹרֵ֣יbe.kho.ReiH1060helplessדַלִּ֔יםda.LimH1800will eatוְרָעוּ֙ve.ra.'UH7462,And the poorוְאֶבְיוֹנִ֖יםve.'ev.yo.NimH34will lieיִרְבָּ֑צוּyir.Ba.tzuH7257downH7257in securityלָבֶ֣טַחla.Ve.tachH983;I will killוְהֵמַתִּ֤יve.he.ma.TiH4191your rootשָׁרְשֵׁ֔ךְsha.re.ShekhH8328withfamineבָֽרָעָב֙va.ra.'AvH7458,And it will killיַהֲרֹֽג׃ya.ha.RogH2026your survivorsוּשְׁאֵרִיתֵ֖ךְu.she.'e.ri.TekhH7611.

31Wailהֵילִ֤ילִֽיhei.Li.liH3213, yougateשַׁ֙עַר֙sha.'arH8179;cryזַֽעֲקִי־za.'a.ki-H2199,you cityעִ֔יר'IrH5892;Meltנָמ֖וֹגna.MogH4127awayH4127,Philistiaפְּלֶ֣שֶׁתpe.Le.shetH6429,allכֻּלֵּ֑ךְku.LekhH3605of you!For smokeעָשָׁ֣ן'a.ShanH6227comesבָּ֔אBa'H935from thenorthמִצָּפוֹן֙mi.tza.fOnH6828, AndthereH369isH369noH369stragglerבּוֹדֵ֖דbo.DedH909in his ranksבְּמוֹעָדָֽיו׃be.mo.'a.DavH4151.

32Whatוּמַֽה־u.mah-H4100answerיַּעֲנֶ֖הya.'a.NehH6030will one giveH6030themessengersמַלְאֲכֵי־mal.'a.khei-H4397of the nationג֑וֹיGoyH1471? Thatthe Lordיְהוָה֙Yah.wehH3068has foundedיִסַּ֣דyi.SadH3245Zionצִיּ֔וֹןtzi.YonH6726, Andthe poorעֲנִיֵּ֥י'a.ni.YeiH6041of His peopleעַמּֽוֹ׃ סa.MoH5971will takeיֶחֱס֖וּye.che.SuH2620refugeH2620in it.”
