Kings 6:5-15

And it came to pass as oneH259 wasH1961 fellingH5307 a beamH6982, that the ironH1270 fellH5307 into the waterH4325; and he criedH6817 and saidH559, AlasH162, masterH113, and it wasH1961 borrowed!

And the manH376 of 1GodH430 saidH559, Where did it fallH5307? And he shewed him the placeH4725. And he cut down a stick, and castH7993 it in thither, and made the ironH1270 to swim.

And he saidH559, TakeH3947 [it] up to thee. And he put out his handH3027 and tookH3947 it.

And the kingH4428 of Syria warred against IsraelH3478; and he took counselH3289 with his servantsH5650, sayingH559, In such and such a placeH4725 [shall beH1961] my camp.

And the manH376 of 2GodH430 sentH7971 to the kingH4428 of IsraelH3478, sayingH559, Beware that thou passH5674 not such a placeH4725, for thither the Syrians are come down.

And the kingH4428 of IsraelH3478 sentH7971 to the placeH4725 which the manH376 of 3GodH430 told him and warned him of, and he was on his guardH8104 there. [That took placeH4725] not once, nor twice.

And the heartH3820 of the kingH4428 of Syria was troubled because of this thingH1697; and he calledH7121 his servantsH5650, and saidH559 to them, Will ye not shew me which of us is for the kingH4428 of IsraelH3478?

And oneH259 of his servantsH5650 saidH559, None, my lordH113, O kingH4428; but ElishaH477, the prophetH5030 that is in IsraelH3478, tells the kingH4428 of IsraelH3478 the wordsH1697 that thou speakest in thy bedchamber.

And he saidH559, GoH7971 and seeH7200 where he is, and I will sendH7971 and fetch him. And it was toldH5046 him sayingH559, Behold, he is in DothanH1886.

And he sentH7971 thither horsesH5483 and chariotsH7393, and a great host, and they cameH935 by nightH3915 and surrounded the cityH5892.

And when the attendant of the manH376 of 4GodH430 roseH6965 earlyH7925 and wentH3318 forthH3318, behold, an armyH2428 surroundedH5437 the cityH5892, with horsesH5483 and chariotsH7393. And his servantH5288 saidH559 to him, AlasH162, my masterH113! howH349 shall we do?
