Kings 6:5-15

But as one was fellingH5307 a beamH6982, the axe-head fellH5307 intoH413 the waterH4325: and he criedH6817, and saidH559, AlasH162, my masterH113! for it was borrowedH7592.

And the manH376 of GodH430 saidH559, WhereH8033 fellH5307 it? And he shewed him the placeH4725. And he cutH7094 downH5307 a stickH6086, and castH7993 it in thither, and madeH6086 the ironH1270 to swim.

And he saidH559, TakeH3947 it upH7311 to thee. SoH3947 he putH7971 outH7971 his handH3027, and tookH3947 it.

NowH1961 the kingH4428 of SyriaH758 warred againstH413 IsraelH3478; and he tookH1961 counselH3289 with his servantsH5650, sayingH559, In suchH492 and suchH492 a placeH4725 shall be my campH8466.

And the manH376 of GodH430 sentH7971 unto the kingH4428 of IsraelH3478, sayingH559, BewareH8104 that thou passH5674 notH2088 suchH2088 a placeH4725; for thither the Syrians are comingH5185 downH7971.

And the kingH4428 of IsraelH3478 sentH7971 to the placeH4725 whichH834 the manH376 of GodH430 toldH559 him and warnedH559 him of; and he saved himselfH413 there, notH3808 onceH259 norH3808 twiceH8147.

And the heartH3820 of the kingH4428 of SyriaH758 was sore troubled for this thingH1697; and he calledH7121 his servantsH5650, and saidH559 unto them, Will ye notH3808 shew meH413 whichH7945 of usH413 is for the kingH4428 of IsraelH3478?

And one of his servantsH5650 saidH559, Nay, my lordH113, O kingH4428: but ElishaH477, the prophetH5030 that is in IsraelH3478, telleth the kingH4428 of IsraelH3478 the wordsH1697 that thou speakest in thy bedchamber.

And he saidH559, GoH7971 and seeH7200 whereH2009 he is, that I may sendH7971 and fetch him. And it was toldH5046 him, sayingH559, BeholdH2009, he is in DothanH1886.

Therefore sentH7971 he thither horsesH5483, and chariotsH7393, and a greatH3515 host: and they cameH935 by nightH3915, and compassed the cityH5892 aboutH5921.

And when the servantH5288 of the manH376 of GodH430 was risenH6965 earlyH7925, and goneH3318 forthH3318, beholdH2009, an host with horsesH5483 and chariotsH7393 was roundH5437 aboutH413 the cityH5892. And his servantH5288 saidH559 unto him, AlasH162, my masterH113! howH349 shall weH6213 doH6213?
