Corinthians 8:7-15

but evenG2532 as ye aboundG4052 in every way, in faithG4102, and wordG3056, and knowledgeG1108, and all diligenceG4710, and in loveG26 from you to us, that ye may aboundG4052 in this graceG5485 alsoG2532.

I do not speakG3004 as commanding [it], but through the zeal of othersG2087, and proving the genuineness of your loveG26.

For ye knowG1097 the graceG5485 of our LordG2962 JesusG2424 ChristG5547, that for your sakes he, beingG1510 richG4145, became poor, in orderG2443 that ye by his povertyG4432 might beG1510 enriched.

And I giveG1325 [my] opinion in this, for this is profitableG4851 for you who began before, not onlyG3440 to do, but alsoG2532 to be willingG2309, a yearG4070 ago.

But nowG1161 alsoG2532 completeG2005 the doing of it; so that as [there was] the readinessG4288 to be willingG2309, so alsoG2532 to completeG2005 out of what ye have.

For if the readinessG4288 be there, [a man is] accepted according to what he may have, not according to what he has not.

For [it is] not in orderG2443 that there may be easeG425 for othersG243, and for you distress,

but [on the principle] of equality; in the presentG3568 timeG2540 your abundance for their lack, that their abundance may be for your lack, soG2443 that there should be equality.

According as it is writtenG1125, He who [gathered] muchG4183 had no excess, and he who [gathered] littleG3641 was nothing short.
