1 Samuel 12:19-25
19And all the peopleH5971 saidH559 to SamuelH8050, PrayH6419 to Jehovah thy 1GodH430 for thy servantsH5650, that we dieH4191 not; for we have addedH3254 to all our sinsH2403 the wickednessH7451 to askH7592 for ourselves a kingH4428. 20And SamuelH8050 saidH559 to the peopleH5971, FearH3372 not: ye have done all this wickednessH7451; yet turnH5493 not asideH5493 from following Jehovah, and serveH5647 Jehovah with all your heartH3824; 21and turnH5493 ye not asideH5493; for [it would be] after vain things which cannot profitH3276 nor deliverH5337; for they are vain. 22For Jehovah will not cast away his peopleH5971 for his greatH1419 name's sakeH5668; because it has pleased Jehovah to makeH6213 you his peopleH5971. 23Moreover, as for me, farH2486 be it from me that I should sinH2398 against Jehovah in ceasingH2308 to prayH6419 for you; and I will teachH3384 you the goodH2896 and rightH3477 wayH1870. 24OnlyH389, fearH3372 Jehovah, and serveH5647 him in truthH571, with all your heartH3824; for seeH7200 how greatH1431 things he has done for you. 25But if ye do wickedly, ye shall perish, both ye and your kingH4428.
