39When they are decreasedוַיִּמְעֲט֥וּvai.yim.'a.TuH4591and humbledוַיָּשֹׁ֑חוּvai.ya.Sho.chuH7817by oppressionמֵעֹ֖צֶרme.'O.tzerH6115,evilרָעָ֣הra.'AhH7451,and sorrowוְיָגֽוֹן׃ve.ya.GonH3015,

40He pours outשֹׁפֵ֣ךְsho.FekhH8210contemptבּ֭וּזbuzH937onעַל־'al-H5921the noblesנְדִיבִ֑יםne.di.VimH5081and makes them wanderוַ֝יַּתְעֵ֗םvai.yat.'EmH8582in a tracklessלֹא־ דָֽרֶךְ׃lo'- Da.rekhH3808 H1870wastelandבְּתֹ֣הוּbe.To.huH8414.

41But He liftsוַיְשַׂגֵּ֣בvay.sa.GevH7682the needyאֶבְי֣וֹן'ev.YonH34from afflictionמֵע֑וֹנִיme.'o.niH6040and increasesוַיָּ֥שֶׂםvai.Ya.semH7760their familiesמִשְׁפָּחֽוֹת׃mish.pa.ChotH4940like flocksכַּ֝צֹּ֗אןka.TzonH6629.

42The uprightיְשָׁרִ֣יםye.sha.RimH3477seeיִרְא֣וּyir.'UH7200and rejoiceוְיִשְׂמָ֑חוּve.yis.Ma.chuH8055,and allוְכָל־ve.kholH3605iniquityעַ֝וְלָ֗ה'av.LahH5766shutsקָ֣פְצָהKa.fe.tzahH7092its mouthפִּֽיהָ׃Pi.haH6310.

43Let him whoמִי־mi-H4310is wiseחָכָ֥םcha.KhamH2450pay heedוְיִשְׁמָר־ve.yish.mor-H8104to these thingsאֵ֑לֶּה'E.lehH428and considerוְ֝יִתְבּֽוֹנְנ֗וּve.yit.bo.NuH995the loving devotionחַֽסְדֵ֥יchas.DeiH2617of the LORDיְהוָֽה׃Yah.wehH3068.
