Genesis 24:23-33
23and saidH559, Whose daughterH1323 art thou? tellH5046 me, I pray thee. Is there room in thy father’sH1 houseH1004 for us to lodge in? 24And she saidH559 unto him, I am the daughterH1323 of BethuelH1328 the sonH1121 of MilcahH4435, whom she bare unto NahorH5152. 25She saidH559 moreover unto him, We have both strawH8401 and provender enough, and roomH4725 to lodge in. 26And the manH376 bowedH7812 his head, and worshipped Jehovah. 27And he saidH559, BlessedH1288 be Jehovah, the GodH430 of my masterH113 AbrahamH85, who hath not forsaken his lovingkindness and his truthH571 toward my masterH113: as for me, Jehovah hath ledH5148 me in the wayH1870 to the houseH1004 of my master’sH113 brethren.
28And the damsel ranH7323, and toldH5046 her mother’sH517 houseH1004 according to these wordsH1697. 29And RebekahH7259 had a brotherH251, and his nameH8034 was LabanH3837: and LabanH3837 ranH7323 out unto the manH376, unto the fountain. 30And it cameH935 to pass, when he sawH7200 the ringH5141, and the braceletsH6781 upon his sister’sH269 handsH3027, and when he heardH8085 the wordsH1697 of RebekahH7259 his sisterH269, sayingH559, ThusH3541 spake the manH376 unto me; that he cameH935 unto the manH376; and, behold, he wasH1961 standingH5975 by the camelsH1581 at the fountain. 31And he saidH559, ComeH935 in, thou blessedH1288 of Jehovah; wherefore standest thou without? for I have prepared the houseH1004, and room for the camelsH1581. 32And the manH376 cameH935 into the houseH1004, and he ungirded the camelsH1581; and he gaveH5414 strawH8401 and provender for the camelsH1581, and waterH4325 to washH7364 his feetH7272 and the feetH7272 of the menH376 that were with him. 33And there was set food before him to eatH398: but he saidH559, I will not eatH398, until I have told mine errand. And he saidH559, SpeakH1696 on.
