Deuteronomy 30
1And it shall comeH935 to pass, when all these thingsH1697 are comeH935 upon thee, the blessingH1293 and the curseH7045, which I have setH5414 before thee, and thou shalt call them to mind among all the nationsH1471, whither Jehovah thy GodH430 hath drivenH5080 thee, 2and shalt returnH7725 unto Jehovah thy GodH430, and shalt obey his voiceH6963 according to all that I commandH6680 thee this dayH3117, thou and thy children, with all thy heartH3824, and with all thy soulH5315; 3that then Jehovah thy GodH430 will turnH7725 thy captivityH7622, and have compassionH7355 upon thee, and will returnH7725 and gatherH6908 thee from all the peoplesH5971, whither Jehovah thy GodH430 hath scatteredH6327 thee. 4If any of thine outcastsH5080 beH1961 in the uttermost parts of heavenH8064, from thence will Jehovah thy GodH430 gatherH6908 thee, and from thence will he fetch thee: 5and Jehovah thy GodH430 will bringH935 thee into the landH776 which thy fathersH1 possessedH3423, and thou shalt possessH3423 it; and he will do thee goodH3190, and multiplyH7235 thee above thy fathersH1. 6And Jehovah thy GodH430 will circumciseH4135 thy heartH3824, and the heartH3824 of thy seedH2233, to loveH157 Jehovah thy GodH430 with all thy heartH3824, and with all thy soulH5315, that thou mayest live. 7And Jehovah thy GodH430 will putH5414 all these cursesH423 upon thine enemiesH341, and on them that hateH8130 thee, that persecuted thee. 8And thou shalt returnH7725 and obey the voiceH6963 of Jehovah, and do all his commandmentsH4687 which I commandH6680 thee this dayH3117. 9And Jehovah thy GodH430 will make thee plenteous in all the workH4639 of thy handH3027, in the fruitH6529 of thy body, and in the fruitH6529 of thy cattleH929, and in the fruitH6529 of thy groundH127, for goodH2896: for Jehovah will again rejoiceH7797 over thee for goodH2896, as he rejoicedH7797 over thy fathersH1; 10if thou shalt obey the voiceH6963 of Jehovah thy GodH430, to keepH8104 his commandmentsH4687 and his statutesH2708 which are writtenH3789 in this bookH5612 of the lawH8451; if thou turnH7725 unto Jehovah thy GodH430 with all thy heartH3824, and with all thy soulH5315.
11For this commandmentH4687 which I commandH6680 thee this dayH3117, it is not too hardH6381 for thee, neither is it farH7350 off. 12It is not in heavenH8064, that thou shouldest sayH559, Who shall goH5927 up for us to heavenH8064, and bringH5927 it unto us, and makeH6213 us to hearH8085 it, that we may do it? 13Neither is it beyond the seaH3220, that thou shouldest sayH559, Who shall go over the seaH3220 for us, and bring it unto us, and makeH6213 us to hearH8085 it, that we may do it? 14But the wordH1697 is veryH3966 nigh unto thee, in thy mouthH6310, and in thy heartH3824, that thou mayest do it.
15SeeH7200, I have setH5414 before thee this dayH3117 life and goodH2896, and deathH4194 and evilH7451; 16in that I commandH6680 thee this dayH3117 to loveH157 Jehovah thy GodH430, to walk in his waysH1870, and to keepH8104 his commandmentsH4687 and his statutesH2708 and his ordinancesH4941, that thou mayest liveH2421 and multiplyH7235, and that Jehovah thy GodH430 may blessH1288 thee in the landH776 whither thou goest in to possessH3423 it. 17But if thy heartH3824 turnH6437 awayH5080, and thou wilt not hearH8085, but shalt be drawn awayH5080, and worship otherH312 godsH430, and serveH5647 them; 18I denounce unto you this dayH3117, that ye shall surely perishH6; ye shall not prolongH748 your daysH3117 in the landH127, whither thou passest over the JordanH3383 to goH935 in to possessH3423 it. 19I call heavenH8064 and earthH776 to witness against you this dayH3117, that I have setH5414 before thee life and deathH4194, the blessingH1293 and the curseH7045: therefore chooseH977 life, that thou mayest liveH2421, thou and thy seedH2233; 20to loveH157 Jehovah thy GodH430, to obey his voiceH6963, and to cleave unto him; for he is thy life, and the lengthH753 of thy daysH3117; that thou mayest dwellH3427 in the landH127 which Jehovah sware unto thy fathersH1, to AbrahamH85, to IsaacH3327, and to JacobH3290, to giveH5414 them.
