28Leaveעִזְב֤וּ'iz.VuH5800the citiesעָרִים֙'a.RimH5892and liveוְשִׁכְנ֣וּve.shikh.NuH7931among therockyH5553cliffsH5553,You inhabitantsיֹשְׁבֵ֖יyo.she.VeiH3427of Moabמוֹאָ֑בmo.'AvH4124, And be like adoveכְיוֹנָ֔הkhe.yo.NahH3123that nestsתְּקַנֵּ֖ןte.ka.NenH7077Beyondבְּעֶבְרֵ֥יbe.'ev.ReiH5676the mouthפִי־fi-H6310of the chasmפָֽחַת׃Fa.chatH6354.
29We have heardשָׁמַ֥עְנוּsha.Ma'.nuH8085of the prideגְאוֹן־ge.'on-H1347of Moabמוֹאָ֖בmo.'AvH4124--he isveryמְאֹ֑דme.'OdH3966proudגֵּאֶ֣הge.'EhH1343--Of his haughtinessH7312, hisprideוּגְאוֹנ֛וֹu.ge.'o.NoH1347,his arroganceוְגַאֲוָת֖וֹve.ga.'a.va.ToH1346, andhis self-exaltationלִבּֽוֹ׃li.BoH3820H7312.
32MoreH4480thanH4480theweepingמִבְּכִ֨יmi.be.KhiH1065forJazerיַעְזֵ֤רya'.ZerH3270I will weepאֶבְכֶּה־'ev.keh-H1058for you, O vineהַגֶּ֣פֶןha.Ge.fenH1612of Sibmahשִׂבְמָ֔הsiv.MahH7643!Your tendrilsנְטִֽישֹׁתַ֙יִךְ֙ne.ti.sho.Ta.yikhH5189stretchedH5674acrossH5674the seaיָ֔םYamH3220,They reachedנָגָ֑עוּna.Ga.'uH5060to the seaיָ֥םyamH3220of Jazerיַעְזֵ֖רya'.ZerH3270;Upon your summerקֵיצֵ֥ךְkei.TzekhH7019fruitsH7019and your grapeבְּצִירֵ֖ךְbe.tzi.RekhH1210harvestH1210The destroyerשֹׁדֵ֥דsho.DedH7703has fallenנָפָֽל׃na.FalH5307.

35And I will putוְהִשְׁבַּתִּ֥יve.hish.ba.TiH7673anH7673endH7673to Moabלְמוֹאָ֖בle.mo.'AvH4124,”declaresנְאֻם־ne.'um-H5002the Lordיְהוָ֑הYah.wehH3068, “the one who offersמַעֲלֶ֣הma.'a.LehH5927sacrifice on thehighבָמָ֔הva.MahH1116placeH1116and the one whoburnsH6999incenseH6999to his godsלֵאלֹהָֽיו׃le.lo.HavH430.
36“Thereforeעַל־ כֵּ֞ן'al- kenH5921H3651Myheartלִבִּ֤יli.BiH3820makesH1993aH1993soundH1993like flutesכַּחֲלִלִ֣יםka.cha.li.LimH2485for Moabלְמוֹאָב֙le.mo.'AvH4124;My heartוְלִבִּי֙ve.li.BiH3820also makesH1993aH1993soundH1993like flutesכַּחֲלִילִ֖יםka.cha.li.LimH2485for the menH376of Kir-heresH7025.Thereforeעַל־ כֵּ֛ן'al- kenH5921H3651they havelostאָבָֽדוּ׃'a.Va.duH6the abundanceיִתְרַ֥תyit.RatH3502it producedעָשָׂ֖ה'a.SahH6213.

38On allכָּל־kol-H3605thehousetopsגַּגּ֥וֹתga.GotH1406of Moabמוֹאָ֛בmo.'AvH4124and in its publicH7339squaresH7339there is mourningמִסְפֵּ֑דmis.PedH4553everywhereכֻּלֹּ֣הku.LohH3605;for I have brokenשָׁבַ֣רְתִּיsha.Var.tiH7665Moabמוֹאָ֗בmo.'AvH4124like an undesirableאֵֽין־ חֵ֥פֶץ'ein- Che.fetzH369H2656vesselכִּכְלִ֛יkikh.LiH3627,”declaresנְאֻם־ne.'um-H5002the Lordיְהוָֽה׃Yah.wehH3068.
