2Ohמִֽי־mi-H4310that I hadיִתְּנֵ֣נִיyi.te.Ne.niH5414in the desertבַמִּדְבָּ֗רva.mid.BarH4057A travelers’אֹֽרְחִ֔ים'o.re.ChimH732lodgingH4411placeמְלוֹן֙me.lOnH4411;So that I might leaveוְאֶֽעֶזְבָה֙ve.'e.'ez.VahH5800my peopleעַמִּ֔י'a.MiH5971And goוְאֵלְכָ֖הve.'e.le.KhahH1980awayH4480from them!For allכֻלָּם֙khu.LamH3605of them areadulterersמְנָ֣אֲפִ֔יםme.Na.'a.FimH5003,An assemblyעֲצֶ֖רֶת'a.Tze.retH6116oftreacherousבֹּגְדִֽים׃bo.ge.DimH898peopleH898.

11I will makeוְנָתַתִּ֧יve.na.ta.TiH5414Jerusalemיְרוּשָׁלִַ֛םye.ru.sha.LimH3389aheapלְגַלִּ֖יםle.ga.LimH1530of ruins,A hauntמְע֣וֹןme.'onH4583ofjackalsH8565;And I will makeאֶתֵּ֥ן'e.TenH5414the citiesעָרֵ֧י'a.ReiH5892of Judahיְהוּדָ֛הye.hu.DahH3063adesolationשְׁמָמָ֖הshe.ma.MahH8077withoutH1097inhabitantיוֹשֵֽׁב׃ סyo.ShevH3427.”

12Whoמִֽי־mi-H4310is thewiseהֶֽחָכָם֙he.cha.KhamH2450personהָאִ֤ישׁha.'IshH376who may understandוְיָבֵ֣ןve.ya.VenH995thisH2088? And who ishe to whomH834the mouthפִּֽי־pi-H6310of the LordH3068has spokenדִּבֶּ֧רdi.BerH1696,that he may declareוְיַגִּדָ֑הּve.ya.gi.DahH5046it?Whyמָה֙mahH5921 H4100is the landהָאָ֔רֶץha.'A.retzH776destroyedאָבְדָ֣ה'a.ve.DahH6,laidH5327wasteH5327like the desertכַמִּדְבָּ֖רkha.mid.BarH4057,soH4480 H1097that noH1097oneH1097passesH5674throughH5674?

13The Lordיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068saidוַיֹּ֣אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559, “Becauseעַל־'al-H5921they haveabandonedעָזְבָם֙'a.ze.VamH5800My Lawתּ֣וֹרָתִ֔יto.ra.TiH8451whichH834I putנָתַ֖תִּיna.Ta.tiH5414beforeלִפְנֵיהֶ֑םlif.nei.HemH6440them, and have not obeyedשָׁמְע֥וּsha.me.'UH8085My voiceבְקוֹלִ֖יve.ko.LiH6963norH3808walkedH1980according to it,

14but havefollowedוַיֵּ֣לְכ֔וּvai.Ye.le.KhuH1980 H310the stubbornnessשְׁרִר֣וּתshe.ri.RutH8307of their heartלִבָּ֑םli.BamH3820and theBaalsהַבְּעָלִ֔יםha.be.'a.LimH1168, as theirfathersאֲבוֹתָֽם׃ ס'a.vo.TamH1taughtלִמְּד֖וּםli.me.DumH3925them,”

15thereforeלָכֵ֗ןla.KhenH3651thisH3541isH3541whatH3541the Lordיְהוָ֤הYah.wehH3068of armiesצְבָאוֹת֙tze.va.'OtH6635,the Godאֱלֹהֵ֣י'e.lo.HeiH430of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֔לYis.ra.'ElH3478saysאָמַ֞ר'a.MarH559: “BeholdH2009,I will feedמַאֲכִילָ֛םma.'a.khi.LamH398thisהַזֶּ֖הha.ZehH2088peopleהָעָ֥םha.'AmH5971wormwoodלַֽעֲנָ֑הla.'a.NahH3939;and I will giveוְהִשְׁקִיתִ֖יםve.hish.ki.TimH8248thempoisonedרֹֽאשׁ׃RoshH7219waterמֵי־mei-H4325toH8248drinkH8248.

16I will alsoscatterוַהֲפִֽצוֹתִים֙va.ha.fi.tzo.TimH6327them among the nationsבַּגּוֹיִ֔םba.go.YimH1471,whomאֲשֶׁר֙'a.SherH834neitherH3808they norH3808their fathersוַֽאֲבוֹתָ֑םva.'a.vo.TamH1have knownיָֽדְע֔וּya.de.'UH3045;and I will sendH7971theswordהַחֶ֔רֶבha.Che.revH2719afterאַֽחֲרֵיהֶם֙'a.cha.rei.HemH310them untilעַ֥ד'adH5704I have putH3615anH3615endכַּלּוֹתִ֖יka.lo.TiH3615toH3615them.”

17ThisH3541isH3541whatH3541the Lordיְהוָ֣הYah.wehH3068of armiesצְבָא֔וֹתtze.va.'otH6635saysאָמַר֙'a.MarH559: “Considerהִתְבּֽוֹנְנ֛וּhit.bo.NuH995and callוְקִרְא֥וּve.kir.'UH7121for themourningH6969womenH6969,that they may comeוּתְבוֹאֶ֑ינָהu.te.vo.'Ei.nahH935;And sendשִׁלְח֖וּshil.ChuH7971for theskillfulהַחֲכָמ֥וֹתha.cha.kha.MotH2450womenH2450,that they may comeוְתָבֽוֹאנָה׃ve.ta.Vo.nahH935!

18Have them hurryוּתְמַהֵ֕רְנָהu.te.ma.He.re.nahH4116and takeוְתִשֶּׂ֥נָהve.ti.Se.nahH5375upH5375a wailingH5092for us, So that oureyesעֵינֵ֙ינוּ֙'ei.Nei.nuH5869may shedוְתֵרַ֤דְנָהve.te.Rad.nahH3381tearsדִּמְעָ֔הdim.'AhH1832,And our eyelidsוְעַפְעַפֵּ֖ינוּve.'af.'a.Pei.nuH6079flowיִזְּלוּ־yi.ze.lu-H5140with waterמָֽיִם׃Ma.yimH4325.
