15Woeה֛וֹיHoH1945to those who deeplyהַמַּעֲמִיקִ֥יםha.ma.'a.mi.KimH6009hideלַסְתִּ֣רlas.TirH5641theirplansעֵצָ֑ה'e.TzahH6098from the Lordמֵֽיהוָ֖הme.Yah.wehH3068, And whosedeedsמַֽעֲשֵׂיהֶ֔םma.'a.sei.HemH4639are donein a darkבְמַחְשָׁךְ֙ve.mach.shoKhH4285placeH4285,And they sayוַיֹּ֣אמְר֔וּvai.Yo.me.RuH559, “Whoמִ֥יmiH4310seesרֹאֵ֖נוּro.'E.nuH7200us?” or “Whoוּמִ֥יu.MiH4310knowsיוֹדְעֵֽנוּ׃yod.'E.nuH3045us?”

16You turnH2016thingsaroundH2016!Shall the potterH3335be consideredיֵֽחָשֵׁ֑בye.cha.ShevH2803as equal with the clayכְּחֹ֥מֶרke.Cho.merH2563, ThatwhatH4639is madeH4639would sayיֹאמַ֨רyo.MarH559to its makerלְעֹשֵׂ֙הוּ֙le.'o.Se.huH6213, “He did not makeעָשָׂ֔נִי'a.Sa.niH6213me”;Or whatוְיֵ֛צֶרve.Ye.tzerH3336is formedH3335sayאָמַ֥ר'a.MarH559to him who formedH3335it, “He has noH3808understandingהֵבִֽין׃he.VinH995”?

17Is it not yetעוֹד֙'OdH5750just a littleמְעַ֣טme.'AtH4592whileH4592Before Lebanonלְבָנ֖וֹןle.va.NonH3844will be turnedוְשָׁ֥בve.ShavH7725into afertileH3759fieldH3759,And the fertileH3759fieldH3759will be consideredיֵחָשֵֽׁב׃ye.cha.ShevH2803as a forestלַיַּ֥עַרlai.Ya.'arH3293?

18On that dayבַיּוֹם־vai.yom-H3117those who aredeafהַחֵרְשִׁ֖יםha.che.re.ShimH2795will hearוְשָׁמְע֧וּve.sha.me.'UH8085wordsדִּבְרֵי־div.rei-H1697of a bookסֵ֑פֶרSe.ferH5612, And out of theirgloomוּמֵאֹ֣פֶלu.me.'O.felH652and darknessוּמֵחֹ֔שֶׁךְu.me.Cho.shekhH2822theeyesעֵינֵ֥י'ei.NeiH5869of those who are blindעִוְרִ֖ים'iv.RimH5787will seeתִּרְאֶֽינָה׃tir.'Ei.nahH7200.

19Theafflictedעֲנָוִ֛ים'a.na.VimH6035also will increaseוְיָסְפ֧וּve.ya.se.FuH3254their joyשִׂמְחָ֑הsim.ChahH8057in the Lordבַּֽיהוָ֖הba.Yah.wehH3068, And theneedyוְאֶבְיוֹנֵ֣יve.'ev.yo.NeiH34of mankindאָדָ֔ם'a.DamH120will rejoiceיָגִֽילוּ׃ya.Gi.luH1523in the Holyבִּקְד֥וֹשׁbik.Do.oshH6918OneH6918of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֖לYis.ra.'ElH3478.

20For theruthlessעָרִ֖יץ'a.RitzH6184will comeאָפֵ֥ס'a.FesH656toH656anH656endH656and thescornerH3917will be finishedוְכָ֣לָהve.Kha.lahH3615, Indeedallכָּל־kol-H3605whoareH8245intentH8245onH8245doingH8245evilאָֽוֶן׃'A.venH205will be eliminatedוְנִכְרְת֖וּve.nikh.re.TuH3772,

21Whocause a personאָדָם֙'a.DamH120to be indictedמַחֲטִיאֵ֤יma.cha.ti.'EiH2398by a wordבְּדָבָ֔רbe.da.VarH1697, AndsetH6983aH6983trapH6983for the arbitratorוְלַמּוֹכִ֥יחַve.la.mo.Khi.achH3198at the gateבַּשַּׁ֖עַרba.Sha.'arH8179, Anddefraudוַיַּטּ֥וּvai.ya.TuH5186the oneH6662inH6662theH6662rightH6662withmeaninglessH8414argumentsH8414.

22Thereforeלָכֵ֗ןla.KhenH3651thisH3541isH3541whatH3541the Lordיְהוָה֙Yah.wehH3068,whoאֲשֶׁ֥ר'a.SherH834redeemedפָּדָ֖הpa.DahH6299Abrahamאַבְרָהָ֑ם'av.ra.HamH85,saysאָמַ֤ר'a.MarH559concerningאֶל־'el-H413the houseבֵּ֣יתbeitH1004of Jacobיַֽעֲקֹ֔בya.'a.KoH3290: “Jacobיַֽעֲקֹ֔בya.'a.KoH3290will not beH954ashamedיֵבוֹשׁ֙ye.Vo.oshH954nowעַתָּ֤ה'a.TahH6258,norH3808will his faceפָּנָ֥יוpa.NavH6440turnH2357paleH2357nowעַתָּ֖ה'a.TahH6258;

23But whenכִּ֣יkiH3588he seesבִ֠רְאֹתוֹvir.'o.toH7200hischildrenיְלָדָ֞יוye.la.DavH3206, theworkמַעֲשֵׂ֥הma.'a.SehH4639of My handsיָדַ֛יya.DaiH3027,in his midstבְּקִרְבּ֖וֹbe.kir.BoH7130,They will sanctifyיַקְדִּ֣ישֽׁוּyak.Di.shuH6942My nameשְׁמִ֑יshe.MiH8034; Indeed, they willsanctifyוְהִקְדִּ֙ישׁוּ֙ve.hik.Di.shuH6942the Holyקְד֣וֹשׁke.Do.oshH6918OneH6918of Jacobיַֽעֲקֹ֔בya.'a.KoH3290,And will standH6206inH6206aweיַעֲרִֽיצוּ׃ya.'a.Ri.tzuH6206of the Godאֱלֹהֵ֥י'e.lo.HeiH430of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֖לYis.ra.'ElH3478.

24Those whoerrתֹֽעֵי־to.'ei-H8582inmindר֖וּחַRu.achH7307willknowוְיָדְע֥וּve.ya.de.'UH3045the truthבִּינָ֑הbi.NahH998, And those whocriticizeוְרוֹגְנִ֖יםve.rog.NimH7279willacceptיִלְמְדוּ־yil.me.du-H3925instructionלֶֽקַח׃Le.kachH3948.
