16YeturnH995things upsidedownH3588! Shall thepotterH3335becountedיֵֽחָשֵׁ֑בye.cha.ShevH2803as clay; that thethingH3588madeH6213shouldsayיֹאמַ֨רyo.MarH559of him thatmadeH6213it, HemadeH6213meH995notלֹ֣אlo'H3808; or thethingH3588framedsayאָמַ֥ר'a.MarH559of him that framed it, He hathnoלֹ֥אlo'H3808understandingH995?

17Is itnotהֲלוֹא־ha.lo'-H3808yet averyמִזְעָ֔רmiz.'ArH4213littleמְעַ֣טme.'AtH4592whileעוֹד֙'OdH5750, andLebanonלְבָנ֖וֹןle.va.NonH3844shall beturnedוְשָׁ֥בve.ShavH7725intoH7725afruitfulH3759fieldH3759, and thefruitfulH3759fieldH3759shall becountedיֵחָשֵֽׁב׃ye.cha.ShevH2803for aforestלַיַּ֥עַרlai.Ya.'arH3293?

18And in thatdayבַיּוֹם־vai.yom-H3117shall thedeafהַחֵרְשִׁ֖יםha.che.re.ShimH2795hearוְשָׁמְע֧וּve.sha.me.'UH8085thewordsדִּבְרֵי־div.rei-H1697of thebookסֵ֑פֶרSe.ferH5612, and theeyesעֵינֵ֥י'ei.NeiH5869of theblindעִוְרִ֖ים'iv.RimH5787shallseeתִּרְאֶֽינָה׃tir.'Ei.nahH7200outH7200ofobscurityH2822andoutH7200ofdarknessוּמֵחֹ֔שֶׁךְu.me.Cho.shekhH2822.

19The meek also shallincreaseוְיָסְפ֧וּve.ya.se.FuH3254theirjoyשִׂמְחָ֑הsim.ChahH8057in theLORDבַּֽיהוָ֖הba.Yah.wehH3068, and thepoorוְאֶבְיוֹנֵ֣יve.'ev.yo.NeiH34amongmenאָדָ֔ם'a.DamH120shallrejoiceיָגִֽילוּ׃ya.Gi.luH1523in theHolyבִּקְד֥וֹשׁbik.Do.oshH6918One ofIsraelיִשְׂרָאֵ֖לYis.ra.'ElH3478.

20For the terrible one isbroughtוְכָ֣לָהve.Kha.lahH3615to nought, and the scorner ceaseth, andallכָּל־kol-H3605they thatwatchשֹׁ֥קְדֵיSho.ke.deiH8245foriniquityאָֽוֶן׃'A.venH205arecutוְנִכְרְת֖וּve.nikh.re.TuH3772offH3772:

21thatmakeוְלַמּוֹכִ֥יחַve.la.mo.Khi.achH3198amanאָדָם֙'a.DamH120an offender in acauseH1697, and lay a snare for him that reproveth in thegateבַּשַּׁ֖עַרba.Sha.'arH8179, andturnH5186asideוַיַּטּ֥וּvai.ya.TuH5186thejustH1697with athingH1697of nought.

22Thereforethusכֹּֽה־koh-H3541saith theLORDיְהוָה֙Yah.wehH3068, whoredeemedפָּדָ֖הpa.DahH6299Abrahamאַבְרָהָ֑ם'av.ra.HamH85, concerning thehouseבֵּ֣יתbeitH1004ofJacobיַֽעֲקֹ֔בya.'a.KoH3290:Jacobיַֽעֲקֹ֔בya.'a.KoH3290shallnotלֹֽא־lo'-H3808nowעַתָּ֤ה'a.TahH6258beashamedיֵבוֹשׁ֙ye.Vo.oshH954,neitherוְלֹ֥אve.Lo'H3808shall hisfaceפָּנָ֥יוpa.NavH6440nowעַתָּ֖ה'a.TahH6258waxpaleיֶחֱוָֽרוּ׃ye.che.Va.ruH2357.

24They also thaterrתֹֽעֵי־to.'ei-H8582inspiritר֖וּחַRu.achH7307shall come tounderstandingבִּינָ֑הbi.NahH998, and they that murmur shalllearnיִלְמְדוּ־yil.me.du-H3925doctrine.
