23ThereforeοὖνounG3767,doποίησονpoiēsonG4160as we tellλέγομεν·legomenG3004you: we have fourτέσσαρεςtessaresG5064menἄνδρεςandresG435who have avowεὐχὴνeuchēnG2171upon themselves;

24takeG3880them alongG3880andpurifyἁγνίσθητιhagnisthētiG48yourself togetherσὺνsunG4862with them, andpayG1159their expensesG1159soἵναinaG2443thatG2443they mayshaveξυρήσονταιxurēsontaiG3587theirheadsκεφαλήν,kephalēnG2776; and theneveryoneπάντεςpantesG3956will knowγνώσονταιgnōsontaiG1097that there is nothingοὐδένoudenG3762to whatὧνhōnG3739they have been toldκατήχηνταιkatēchēntaiG2727aboutπερὶperiG4012you, but that you yourselfG846alsoG2532conformστοιχεῖςstoicheisG4748,keepingφυλάσσωνphulassōnG5442the Lawνόμον.nomonG3551.

25But regardingπερὶperiG4012the GentilesἐθνῶνethnōnG1484who have believedπεπιστευκότωνpepisteukotōnG4100,we sentG1989aG1989letterG1989,having decidedκρίναντεςkrinantesG2919that they should abstainφυλάσσεσθαιphulassesthaiG5442frommeatG3588sacrificedG1494toG1494idolsG1494and from bloodαἷμαhaimaG129and what isstrangledπνικτὸνpniktonG4156,and from sexualπορνείαν.¶porneianG4202immoralityG4202.”
