8But HamorH2544 spokeH1696 with them, sayingH559, “The soulH5315 of my sonH1121 ShechemH7927 longsH2836 for your daughterH1323; pleaseH4994 giveH5414 her to him 5in marriageH802. 9IntermarryH2859 with us; giveH5414 your daughtersH1323 to us and takeH3947 our daughtersH1323 for yourselves. 10Thus you shall 6liveH3427 with us, and 7the landH776 shall be open beforeH6440 you; 8liveH3427 and 9tradeH5503 in it and 10acquireH270 propertyH270 in it.”
