4So ShechemH7927 1spokeH559 to his fatherH1 HamorH2544, sayingH559, “GetH3947 me thisH2088 youngH3207 womanH3207 as a wifeH802.” 5Now JacobH3290 heardH8085 that he had defiledH2930 his daughterH1323 DinahH1783; but his sonsH1121 were with his livestockH4735 in the fieldH7704, so JacobH3290 saidH2790 nothingH2790 untilH5704 they cameH935 inH935. 6Then HamorH2544 the fatherH1 of ShechemH7927 wentH3318 outH3318 to JacobH3290 to speakH1696 with him. 7Now the sonsH1121 of JacobH3290 cameH935 inH935 from the fieldH7704 when they heardH8085 about it; and the menH376 were grievedH6087, and they wereH2734 veryH3966 angryH2734 becauseH3588 he had doneH6213 a 23disgracefulH5039 thingH5039 in IsraelH3478 by 4sleepingH7901 with Jacob’sH3290 daughterH1323, for suchH3651 aH3651 thingH3651 ought not to be doneH6213.
