Numbers 30:2-4

2If a man vow a vow to Jehovah, or swear an oath to bind his soul with a bond, he shall not break his wordH1697; according to all that hath gone out of his mouth shall he do.

3If a woman also vowH5088 a vowH5088 to Jehovah, and bindH631 herself by a bond, in her father's house in her youth,

4and her fatherH1 hear her vowH5088, and her bond wherewith she hath boundH631 her soul, and her fatherH1 shall be silent at her, then all her vowsH5088 shall stand, and every bond wherewith she hath boundH631 her soul shall stand.
