Numbers 30:2-4
2If a manH376 vowH5087 a vowH5088 unto YhwhH3068, or swearH7650 an oathH7621 to bindH631 his soulH5315 with a bondH632; he shall not breakH2490 his wordH1697, he shall doH6213 according to all that proceedethH3318 out of his mouthH6310.1
3If a womanH802 also vowH5087 a vowH5088 unto YhwhH3068, and bindH631 herself by a bondH632, being in her father’sH1 houseH1004 in her youthH5271;
4And her fatherH1 hearH8085 her vowH5088, and her bondH632 wherewith she hath boundH631 her soulH5315, and her fatherH1 shall hold his peaceH2790 at her: then all her vowsH5088 shall standH6965, and every bondH632 wherewith she hath boundH631 her soulH5315 shall standH6965.
