15The idolsעֲצַבֵּ֣י'a.tza.BeiH6091of the nationsהַ֭גּוֹיִםHa.go.yimH1471are silverכֶּ֣סֶףKe.sefH3701and goldוְזָהָ֑בve.za.HavH2091,madeמַ֝עֲשֵׂ֗הma.'a.SehH4639by the handsיְדֵ֣יye.DeiH3027of menאָדָֽם׃'a.DamH120.

16They have mouthsפֶּֽה־peh-H6310,but cannotוְלֹ֣אve.Lo'H3808speakיְדַבֵּ֑רוּye.da.Be.ruH1696; they haveeyesעֵינַ֥יִם'ei.Na.yimH5869,but cannotוְלֹ֣אve.Lo'H3808seeיִרְאֽוּ׃yir.'UH7200;

17they have earsאָזְנַ֣יִם'a.ze.Na.yimH241,but cannotוְלֹ֣אve.Lo'H3808hearיַאֲזִ֑ינוּya.'a.Zi.nuH238אַ֝֗ף'AfH637;norאֵין־'ein-H369is thereיֶשׁ־yesh-H3426breathר֥וּחַRu.achH7307in their mouthsבְּפִיהֶֽם׃be.fi.HemH6310.

18Those who make themעֹשֵׂיהֶ֑ם'o.sei.HemH6213becomeיִהְי֣וּyih.YuH1961like themכְּ֭מוֹהֶםKe.mo.hemH3644,as do allכֹּ֭לkolH3605whoאֲשֶׁר־'a.Sher-H834trustבֹּטֵ֣חַbo.Te.achH982in them.
