13As a fatherאָ֭ב'avH1has compassionכְּרַחֵ֣םke.ra.ChemH7355onעַל־'al-H5921his childrenבָּנִ֑יםba.NimH1121,so the LORDיְ֝הוָ֗הYah.wehH3068has compassionרִחַ֥םri.ChamH7355onעַל־'al-H5921those who fear Himיְרֵאָֽיו׃ye.re.'AvH3373.

14Forכִּי־ki-H3588Heה֖וּאhu'H1931knowsיָדַ֣עya.Da'H3045our frameיִצְרֵ֑נוּyitz.Re.nuH3336;He is mindfulזָ֝כ֗וּרza.KhurH2142thatכִּי־ki-H3588weאֲנָֽחְנוּ׃'a.Na.che.nuH587are dustעָפָ֥ר'a.FarH6083.

15As for manאֱ֭נוֹשׁ'E.no.oshH582,his daysיָמָ֑יוya.MavH3117are like grassכֶּחָצִ֣ירke.cha.TzirH2682—he bloomsיָצִֽיץ׃ya.TzitzH6692like a flowerכְּצִ֥יץke.TzitzH6731of the fieldהַ֝שָּׂדֶ֗ה כֵּ֣ןha.sa.Deh kenH7704 H3651;

16whenכִּ֤יkiH3588the windר֣וּחַRu.achH7307passesעָֽבְרָה־'a.ve.rah-H5674over,it vanishesוְאֵינֶ֑נּוּve.'ei.Ne.nuH369,and its placeמְקוֹמֽוֹ׃me.ko.MoH4725remembers itיַכִּירֶ֖נּוּya.ki.Re.nuH5234noוְלֹא־ve.lo'-H3808moreע֣וֹדodH5750.

17But from everlastingמֵעוֹלָ֣םme.'o.LamH5769toוְעַד־ve.'ad-H5704everlastingע֭וֹלָםo.lomH5769the loving devotionוְחֶ֤סֶדve.Che.sedH2617of the LORDיְהוָ֨ה׀Yah.wehH3068extends toעַל־'al-H5921those who fear Himיְרֵאָ֑יוye.re.'AvH3373,and His righteousnessוְ֝צִדְקָת֗וֹve.tzid.ka.ToH6666to their children’sלִבְנֵ֥יliv.NeiH1121childrenבָנִֽים׃va.NimH1121—
