1 Corinthians 15:1-23

1NowG1161 1I makeG1107 knownG1107 to you, brothersG80 and sisters, the 2gospelG2098 whichG3739 I preachedG2097 to you, whichG3739 you alsoG2532 receivedG3880, 3in whichG3739 you alsoG2532 standG2476, 2by whichG3739 you alsoG2532 are savedG4982, 4ifG1487 you holdG2722 firmlyG2722 to 5the wordG3056 whichG5101 I preachedG2097 to you, 6unlessG1487G3361 you believedG4100 in vainG1500.

3For 7I handedG3860 downG3860 to you 8as of firstG4413 importanceG4413 whatG3739 I alsoG2532 receivedG3880, that ChristG5547 diedG599 9for our sinsG266 10accordingG2596 to the ScripturesG1124, 4and that He was buriedG2290, and that He was 11raisedG1453 on the thirdG5154 dayG2250 12accordingG2596 to the ScripturesG1124, 5and that 13He appearedG3708 to 1415CephasG2786, thenG1534 16to the twelveG1427. 6AfterG1899 thatG1899 He appearedG3708 to moreG1883 thanG1883 fiveG4001 hundredG4001 brothersG80 and sisters atG2178 oneG2178 timeG2178, mostG4183 of whomG3739 remainG3306 untilG2193 nowG737, but someG5100 17have fallenG2837 asleepG2837; 7thenG1899 He appearedG3708 to 1819JamesG2385, thenG1534 to 20allG3956 the apostlesG652; 8and lastG2078 of allG3956, as 21to oneG1626 untimelyG1626 bornG1626, 22He appearedG3708 to me alsoG2532. 9For I amG1510 23the leastG1646 of the apostlesG652, 24and not fitG2425 to be calledG2564 an apostleG652, becauseG1360 I 25persecutedG1377 the churchG1577 of GodG2316. 10But by 26the graceG5485 of GodG2316 I amG1510 whatG3739 I amG1510, and His graceG5485 towardG1519 me did not proveG1096 vainG2756; but I 27laboredG2872 evenG4053 moreG4053 than allG3956 of them, yetG1161 28not I, but the graceG5485 of GodG2316 with me. 11WhetherG1535 thenG3767 it was I orG1535 they, soG3779 we preachG2784 and soG3779 you believedG4100.

12NowG1161 ifG1487 ChristG5547 is preachedG2784, that He has been raisedG1453 from the deadG3498, howG4459 do someG5100 amongG1722 you sayG3004 that there 29is noG3756 resurrectionG386 of the deadG3498? 13But ifG1487 there is noG3756 resurrectionG386 of the deadG3498, then not evenG3761 ChristG5547 has been raisedG1453; 14and 30ifG1487 ChristG5547 has not been raisedG1453, thenG686 our preachingG2782 is inG2756 vainG2756, your faithG4102 alsoG2532 is inG2756 vainG2756. 15MoreoverG1161, we are evenG2532 foundG2147 to be falseG5577 witnessesG5577 of GodG2316, becauseG3754 we testifiedG3140 31againstG2596 GodG2316 that He 32raisedG1453 33ChristG5547, whomG3739 He did not raiseG1453, ifG1512 in factG686 the deadG3498 are not raisedG1453. 16For ifG1487 the deadG3498 are not raisedG1453, then not evenG3761 ChristG5547 has been raisedG1453; 17and ifG1487 ChristG5547 has not been raisedG1453, your faithG4102 is worthlessG3152; 34you are stillG2089 in your sinsG266. 18ThenG686 alsoG2532 thoseG3588 who 35have fallenG2837 asleepG2837 in ChristG5547 have perishedG622. 19IfG1487 we have hopedG1679 in ChristG5547 onlyG3440 in thisG3778 lifeG2222, we are 36of allG3956 peopleG444 mostG1652 toG1652 beG1652 pitiedG1652.

20But theG3570 factG3570 isG3570, ChristG5547 37has been raisedG1453 from the deadG3498, the 38firstG536 fruitsG536 of thoseG3588 who 39areG2837 asleepG2837. 21For sinceG1894 40by a manG444 deathG2288 came, by a ManG444 alsoG2532 came the resurrectionG386 of the deadG3498. 22For 41as in AdamG76 allG3956 dieG599, soG3779 alsoG2532 in 42ChristG5547 allG3956 will be madeG2227 aliveG2227. 23But eachG1538 in his ownG2398 orderG5001: ChristG5547 43the firstG536 fruitsG536, afterG1899 thatG1899 44thoseG3588 whoG3588 are Christ’sG5547 at 45His comingG3952,
