4For thisH3541isH3541whatH3541the Lordאֲדֹנָ֣י'a.do.NaiH136GodH3068saysאָמַר֙'a.MarH559: “My peopleעַמִּ֥י'a.MiH5971wentH3381downיָֽרַד־ya.rad-H3381to Egyptמִצְרַ֛יִםmitz.Ra.yimH4714firstבָרִֽאשֹׁנָ֖הva.ri.sho.NahH7223to resideלָג֣וּרla.GurH1481thereשָׁ֑םShamH8033;then the Assyrianוְאַשּׁ֖וּרve.'a.ShurH804oppressedעֲשָׁקֽוֹ׃a.sha.KoH6231them withoutH657reasonH657.

5And nowוְעַתָּ֤הve.'a.TahH6258,whatמַה־mi-H4100do I have hereפֹה֙fohH6311,”declaresנְאֻם־ne.'um-H5002the Lordיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068, “seeingH3588thatH3588My peopleעַמִּ֖י'a.MiH5971have been takenלֻקַּ֥חlu.KachH3947away withoutH2600reasonH2600?” Againthe Lordיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068declaresנְאֻם־ne.'um-H5002, “Those who ruleמֹשְׁלָ֤יוmo.she.lovH4910over them howlיְהֵילִ֙ילוּ֙ye.hei.Li.luH3213, and Mynameשְׁמִ֥יshe.MiH8034is continuallyוְתָמִ֥ידve.ta.MidH8548reviledמִנֹּאָֽץ׃mi.no.'AtzH5006allכָּל־kol-H3605dayהַיּ֖וֹםhai.YomH3117long.

6Thereforeלָכֵ֛ןla.KhenH3651,My peopleעַמִּ֖י'a.MiH5971shallknowיֵדַ֥עye.Da'H3045My nameשְׁמִ֑יshe.MiH8034;thereforeלָכֵן֙la.KhenH3651on that dayבַּיּ֣וֹםbai.YomH3117I am the one who is speakingהַֽמְדַבֵּ֖רham.da.BerH1696, ‘HereH2009I am.’”
