7Thereforeלָכֵ֗ןla.KhenH3651Moabמוֹאָ֛בmo.'AvH4124will wailיְיֵלִ֥ילye.ye.LilH3213;everyoneכֻּלֹּ֣הku.LohH3605of Moabלְמוֹאָ֖בle.mo.'AvH4124will wailיְיֵלִ֑ילye.ye.LilH3213.You will moanתֶּהְגּ֖וּteh.GuH1897for theraisinH809cakesH809ofKir-haresethH7025As those who are utterlyאַךְ־'akh-H389strickenנְכָאִֽים׃ne.kha.'ImH5218.
8For the fieldsשַׁדְמוֹת֩shad.mOtH7709ofHeshbonחֶשְׁבּ֨וֹןchesh.BonH2809havewitheredאֻמְלָ֜ל'um.LalH535,the vinesגֶּ֣פֶןGe.fenH1612ofSibmahשִׂבְמָ֗הsiv.MahH7643as well;The lordsבַּעֲלֵ֤יba.'a.LeiH1167of the nationsגוֹיִם֙go.YimH1471have trampledH1986downהָלְמ֣וּhal.MuH1986its choiceH8291clustersH8291Which reachedנָגָ֖עוּna.Ga.'uH5060as farעַד־'ad-H5704as Jazerיַעְזֵ֥רya'.ZerH3270andwanderedתָּ֣עוּTa.'uH8582to the desertsמִדְבָּ֑רmid.BarH4057; Itstendrilsשְׁלֻ֣חוֹתֶ֔יהָshe.Lu.cho.Tei.haH7976spreadנִטְּשׁ֖וּni.te.ShuH5203themselves outH5203andpassedH5674overH5674the seaיָֽם׃YamH3220.
9Thereforeכֵּ֡ןkenH5921H3651I willweepאֶבְכֶּ֞ה'ev.KehH1058bitterlyבִּבְכִ֤יbiv.KhiH1065for Jazerיַעְזֵר֙ya'.ZerH3270,for the vineגֶּ֣פֶןGe.fenH1612of Sibmahשִׂבְמָ֔הsiv.MahH7643;I will drenchאֲרַיָּ֙וֶךְ֙'a.rai.Ya.vekhH7301you with my tearsדִּמְעָתִ֔יdim.'a.TiH1832,Heshbonחֶשְׁבּ֖וֹןchesh.BonH2809and Elealehוְאֶלְעָלֵ֑הve.'el.'a.LehH500;For the shoutingהֵידָ֥דhei.DadH1959overH5921yoursummerקֵיצֵ֛ךְkei.TzekhH7019fruitsH7019and your harvestקְצִירֵ֖ךְke.tzi.RekhH7105has fallenH5307awayH5307.

12So it will comeH1961aboutH1961whenכִֽי־khi-H3588Moabמוֹאָ֖בmo.'AvH4124presentsנִרְאָ֛הnir.'AhH7200himself,Whenכִּֽי־ki-H3588hetiresנִלְאָ֥הnil.'AhH3811himself upon hishighהַבָּמָ֑הha.ba.MahH1116placeH1116And comesוּבָ֧אu.Va'H935to his sanctuaryמִקְדָּשׁ֛וֹmik.da.ShoH4720to prayלְהִתְפַּלֵּ֖לle.hit.pa.LelH6419,That he will not prevailיוּכָֽל׃yu.KhalH3201.
14But nowוְעַתָּ֗הve.'a.TahH6258the Lordיְהוָה֮Yah.wehH3068has spokenדִּבֶּ֣רdi.BerH1696,sayingלֵאמֹר֒le.MorH559, “Within threeבְּשָׁלֹ֤שׁbe.sha.LoshH7969yearsשָׁנִים֙sha.NimH8141, asa hiredשָׂכִ֔ירsa.KhirH7916workerH7916would countכִּשְׁנֵ֣יkish.NeiH8141them, the gloryכְּב֣וֹדke.VodH3519ofMoabמוֹאָ֔בmo.'AvH4124will becomeH7034contemptibleH7034along with allבְּכֹ֖לbe.KholH3605hisgreatהָרָ֑בha.RavH7227populationהֶהָמ֣וֹןhe.ha.MonH1995, and hisremnantוּשְׁאָ֥רu.she.'ArH7605will be veryמִזְעָ֖רmiz.'ArH4213smallמְעַ֛טme.'AtH4592andimpotentל֥וֹא כַבִּֽיר׃ סLo' kha.BirH3808H3524.”
