4NowδὲdeG1161whileὡςhōsG5613they were passingG1279throughG1279the citiesπόλεις,poleisG4172,they were deliveringπαρεδίδοσανparedidosanG3860the ordinancesδόγματαdogmataG1378for them to followφυλάσσεινphulasseinG5442which had been determinedκεκριμέναkekrimenaG2919bythe apostlesἀποστόλωνapostolōnG652andeldersπρεσβυτέρωνpresbuterōnG4245in JerusalemἹεροσολύμοις.¶Hi'erosolumoisG2414.

9And a visionὅραμαhoramaG3705appearedG3708to PaulΠαύλῳPaulōG3972in the nightνυκτὸςnuktosG3571:a manἀνὴρanērG435ofMacedoniaΜακεδώνMakedōnG3110was standingἑστὼςhestōsG2476and pleadingπαρακαλῶνparakalōnG3870with him, and sayingλέγων·legōnG3004, “ComeG1224overG1224to MacedoniaΜακεδονίανMakedonianG3109and helpβοήθησονboēthēsonG997us.”

10WhenὡςhōsG5613he had seenG3708the visionὅραμαhoramaG3705,we immediatelyεὐθέωςeutheōsG2112soughtἐζητήσαμενezētēsamenG2212to leaveἐξελθεῖνexeltheinG1831for MacedoniaΜακεδονίανMakedonianG3109,concludingσυμβιβάζοντεςsumbibazontesG4822that GodθεὸςtheosG2316had calledπροσκέκληταιproskeklētaiG4341us topreachG2097the gospelG2097to them.
