13On the veryH6106 sameH6106 dayH3117 1NoahH5146 and ShemH8035 and HamH2526 and JaphethH3315, the sonsH1121 of NoahH5146, and Noah’sH5146 wifeH802 and the threeH7969 wivesH802 of his sonsH1121 with them, enteredH935 the arkH8392, 14they and everyH3605 beastH2421 after its kindH4327, and allH3605 the cattleH929 after 2their kindH4327, and everyH3605 creepingH7431 thingH7431 that creepsH7430 on the earthH776 after its kindH4327, and everyH3605 birdH5775 after its kindH4327, 3allH3605 sortsH3671 of birdsH6833. 15So they wentH935 into the arkH8392 to NoahH5146, 4by twosH8147 of allH3605 fleshH1320 in whichH834 was the breathH7307 of lifeH2425. 16Those that enteredH935, maleH2145 and femaleH5347 of allH3605 fleshH1320, enteredH935 as GodH430 had commandedH6680 him; and the LordH3068 closedH5462 it behindH1157 him.
17Then the floodH3999 5cameH1961 upon the earthH776 for 6fortyH705 daysH3117, and the waterH4325 increasedH7235 and liftedH5375 up the arkH8392, so that it roseH7311 aboveH4480H5921 the earthH776. 18The waterH4325 prevailedH1396 and increasedH7235 greatlyH3966 upon the earthH776, and the arkH8392 7floatedH1980 on the 8surfaceH6440 of the waterH4325. 19The waterH4325 prevailedH1396 moreH3966 and moreH3966 upon the earthH776, so that allH3605 the highH1364 mountainsH2022 9everywhereH3605 underH8478 the heavensH8064 were coveredH3680. 20The waterH4325 prevailedH1396 fifteenH2568H6240 10cubitsH520 higherH4605, 11and the mountainsH2022 were coveredH3680. 2112AllH3605 fleshH1320 that 13movedH7430 on the earthH776 perishedH1478, birdsH5775 and cattleH929 and beastsH2421 and everyH3605 swarmingH8318 thingH8318 that swarmsH8317 upon the earthH776, and allH3605 mankindH120; 22of allH3605 that was on the dryH2724 landH2724, allH3605 14in whoseH834 nostrilsH639 was the breathH5397 of the spiritH7307 of lifeH2425, diedH4191. 23Thus He blottedH4229 out 15everyH3605 livingH3351 thingH3351 that was upon the faceH6440 of the landH127, from manH120 to animalsH929 to creepingH7431 thingsH7431 and to birdsH5775 of the 16skyH8064, and they were blottedH4229 out from the earthH776; and onlyH389 17NoahH5146 was leftH7604, together with those that were with him in the arkH8392. 2418The waterH4325 prevailedH1396 upon the earthH776 one hundredH3967 and fiftyH2572 daysH3117.
