1Then the LordH3068 saidH559 to NoahH5146, “EnterH935 the arkH8392, you and allH3605 your householdH1004, for you alone I have seenH7200 to be 1righteousH6662 beforeH6440 Me in thisH2088 2timeH1755. 2You shall takeH3947 3with you of everyH3605 4cleanH2889 animalH929 5by sevensH7651, a maleH376 and his femaleH802; and of the animalsH929 that are not cleanH2889 twoH8147, a maleH376 and his femaleH802; 3alsoH1571 of the birdsH5775 of the 6skyH8064, 7by sevensH7651, maleH2145 and femaleH5347, to keepH2421 8offspringH2233 aliveH2421 on the faceH6440 of allH3605 the earthH776. 4For after 9sevenH7651 moreH5750 daysH3117, I will sendH4305 rainH4305 on the earthH776 10fortyH705 daysH3117 and fortyH705 nightsH3915; and I will blotH4229 out from the faceH6440 of the landH127 11everyH3605 livingH3351 thingH3351 that I have madeH6213.” 512NoahH5146 didH6213 according to allH3605 that the LordH3068 had commandedH6680 him.
6Now NoahH5146 was 13sixH8337 hundredH3967 yearsH8141 oldH1121 when the floodH3999 of waterH4325 14cameH1961 upon the earthH776. 7Then 15NoahH5146 and his sonsH1121 and his wifeH802 and his sons’H1121 wivesH802 with him enteredH935 the arkH8392 becauseH4480H6440 of the waterH4325 of the floodH3999. 816Of cleanH2889 animalsH929 and animalsH929 that are not cleanH2889 and birdsH5775 and everythingH3605 that creepsH7430 on the groundH127, 9there wentH935 into the arkH8392 to NoahH5146 17by twosH8147, maleH2145 and femaleH5347, as GodH430 had commandedH6680 NoahH5146. 10It cameH1961 about after 18the sevenH7651 daysH3117, that the waterH4325 of the floodH3999 19cameH1961 upon the earthH776. 11In the 20sixH8337 hundredthH3967 yearH8141 of Noah’sH5146 lifeH2425, in the secondH8145 monthH2320, on the seventeenthH7651H6240 dayH3117 of the monthH2320, on the sameH2088 dayH3117 allH3605 21the fountainsH4599 of the greatH7227 deepH8415 burstH1234 openH1234, and the 22floodgatesH699 of the skyH8064 were openedH6605. 1223The rainH1653 24fellH1961 upon the earthH776 for fortyH705 daysH3117 and fortyH705 nightsH3915.
13On the veryH6106 sameH6106 dayH3117 25NoahH5146 and ShemH8035 and HamH2526 and JaphethH3315, the sonsH1121 of NoahH5146, and Noah’sH5146 wifeH802 and the threeH7969 wivesH802 of his sonsH1121 with them, enteredH935 the arkH8392, 14they and everyH3605 beastH2421 after its kindH4327, and allH3605 the cattleH929 after 26their kindH4327, and everyH3605 creepingH7431 thingH7431 that creepsH7430 on the earthH776 after its kindH4327, and everyH3605 birdH5775 after its kindH4327, 27allH3605 sortsH3671 of birdsH6833. 15So they wentH935 into the arkH8392 to NoahH5146, 28by twosH8147 of allH3605 fleshH1320 in whichH834 was the breathH7307 of lifeH2425. 16Those that enteredH935, maleH2145 and femaleH5347 of allH3605 fleshH1320, enteredH935 as GodH430 had commandedH6680 him; and the LordH3068 closedH5462 it behindH1157 him.
