Numbers 35:30-34
30Whoever shall smite a personH5315 mortally, at the mouthH6310 of witnessesH5707 shall the murdererH7523 be putH4191 to deathH4191; but oneH259 witnessH5707 shall not testifyH6030 against a personH5315 to cause him to dieH4191. 31And ye shall takeH3947 no satisfaction for the lifeH5315 of a murdererH7523, who is guiltyH7563 of deathH4191, but he shall certainly be putH4191 to deathH4191. 32And ye shall takeH3947 no satisfaction for him that hath fledH5127 to the cityH5892 of his refugeH4733, that he should come again to dwellH3427 in the landH776, until the deathH4194 of the priestH3548. 33And ye shall not polluteH2610 the landH776 wherein ye are; for bloodH1818, it polluteth the landH776; and there can be no atonementH3722 made for the landH776, for the bloodH1818 that hath been shedH8210 therein, but by the bloodH1818 of him that shedH8210 it. 34And ye shall not defileH2930 the landH776 that ye inhabitH3427, in the midstH8432 whereof I dwellH3427; for I am Jehovah who dwellH3427 in the midstH8432 of the children of IsraelH3478.
