Numbers 35:24-28
24then the assemblyH5712 shall judgeH8199 between the smiter and the avengerH1350 of bloodH1818 according to these judgmentsH4941;
25and the assemblyH5712 shall rescueH5337 the manslayer out of the handH3027 of the avengerH1350 of bloodH1818, and the assemblyH5712 shall restoreH7725 him to the cityH5892 of his refugeH4733, whither he had fledH5127; and he shall abide in it until the deathH4194 of the high-priest, who was anointedH4886 with the holyH6944 oilH8081.
