Darby Bible
Numbers 14:15-19
15if thou now slayest this peopleH5971 as oneH259 manH376, then the nationsH1471 that have heardH8085 thy fame will speak, sayingH559,
16Because Jehovah was not ableH3201 to bringH935 this peopleH5971 into the landH776 that he had swornH7650 unto them, he has therefore slain them in the wildernessH4057.
17And nowH6258, I beseech thee, let the powerH3581 of the LordH136 be greatH1431, according as thou hast spokenH1696, sayingH559,
18Jehovah is slow to angerH639, and abundant in goodness, forgivingH5375 iniquityH5771 and transgressionH6588, but by no means clearing [the guilty], visitingH6485 the iniquityH5771 of the fathersH1 upon the children, upon the thirdH8029 and fourthH7256 [generationH8029].
19Pardon, I beseech thee, the iniquityH5771 of this peopleH5971 according to the greatnessH1433 of thy loving-kindness, and as thou hast forgivenH5545 this peopleH5971, from EgyptH4714 even until now.
