Numbers 11:16-25

16And Jehovah saidH559 to MosesH4872, GatherH622 unto me seventyH7657 menH376 of the eldersH2205 of IsraelH3478, whom thou knowest to be the eldersH2205 of the peopleH5971, and their officersH7860; and takeH3947 them to the tentH168 of meetingH4150, and they shall standH3320 there with thee.

17And I will comeH3381 downH3381 and talk with thee there; and I will takeH5375 of the SpiritH7307 which is upon thee, and will putH7760 it upon them; and they shall bearH5375 the burdenH4853 of the peopleH5971 with thee, and thou shalt not bearH5375 it aloneH905.

18And unto the peopleH5971 shalt thou sayH559, Hallow yourselves for to-morrow, and ye shall eatH398 fleshH1320; for ye have weptH1058 in the earsH241 of Jehovah, sayingH559, Who will giveH5414 us fleshH1320 to eatH398? for it was wellH2895 with us in EgyptH4714; and Jehovah will giveH5414 you fleshH1320, and ye shall eatH398.

19Not oneH259 dayH3117 shall ye eatH398, nor two daysH3117, nor fiveH2568 daysH3117, neither tenH6235 daysH3117, nor twentyH6242 daysH3117;

20[but] for a whole monthH2320, until it come out at your nostrilsH639, and it becomeH1961 loathsome unto you; because that ye have despised Jehovah who is among you, and have weptH1058 before him, sayingH559, WhyH4100 came we forthH3318 out of EgyptH4714?

21And MosesH4872 saidH559, The peopleH5971 in whose midstH7130 I am are sixH8337 hundredH3967 thousandH505 footmen; and thou sayest, I will giveH5414 them fleshH1320 that they may eatH398 a whole monthH2320.

22Shall flocksH6629 and herdsH1241 be slaughteredH7819 for them, to suffice them? or shall all the fishH1709 of the seaH3220 be gatheredH622 for them, to suffice them?

23And Jehovah saidH559 to MosesH4872, Hath Jehovah's handH3027 become short? NowH6258 shalt thou seeH7200 whether my wordH1697 will come to pass unto thee or not.

24And MosesH4872 wentH3318 out and told the peopleH5971 the wordsH1697 of Jehovah; and he gatheredH622 the seventyH7657 menH376 of the eldersH2205 of the peopleH5971, and setH5975 them roundH5439 about the tentH168.

25And Jehovah came downH3381 in a cloudH6051, and spokeH1696 to him, and took of the SpiritH7307 that wasH1961 upon him, and putH5414 it upon the seventyH7657 menH376, the eldersH2205; and it came to pass, that when the SpiritH7307 restedH5117 on them, they prophesiedH5012, but they did not repeat [it].
