Darby Bible
Matthew 6:1-4
1TakeG4337 heed not to do your alms before menG444 to be seenG2300 of them, otherwise ye have no rewardG3408 with your FatherG3962 who is in the heavensG3772.
2WhenG3752 thereforeG3767 thou doest almsG1654, soundG4537 not a trumpetG4537 before thee, as the hypocritesG5273 do in the synagoguesG4864 and in the streetsG4505, so that they may have glory from menG444. Verily I sayG3004 unto you, They have their rewardG3408.
3But thou, when thou doest almsG1654, let not thy left handG1188 knowG1097 what thy rightG1188 handG1188 does;
4so that thine almsG1654 may beG1510 in secretG2927, and thy FatherG3962 who seesG991 in secretG2927 will renderG591 [it] to thee.
