Leviticus 25:13-34
In this yearH8141 of the jubileeH3104 ye shall returnH7725 every manH376 unto his possessionH272.
And if ye sellH4376 ought unto your neighbour, or buyH7069 of your neighbour's handH3027, ye shall not overreach oneH376 another.
According to the numberH4557 of yearsH8141 since the jubileeH3104, thou shalt buyH7069 of thy neighbour; according to the numberH4557 of yearsH8141 of the produceH8393, he shall sellH4376 unto thee.
According to the greaterH7235 numberH4557 of the yearsH8141, thou shalt increaseH7235 the priceH4736 thereof; and according to the fewness of yearsH8141, thou shalt diminishH4591 the priceH4736 of it; for it is the numberH4557 of crops that he selleth unto thee.
And ye shall not oppressH3238 oneH376 another; but thou shalt fearH3372 thy 1GodH430; for I am Jehovah your 2GodH430.
And ye shall do my statutesH2708, and observeH8104 mine ordinancesH4941 and do them: thus shall ye dwellH3427 in your landH776 securely.
And the landH776 shall yield its fruitH6529, and ye shall eatH398 and be satisfied, and dwellH3427 therein securely.
And if ye sayH559, What shall we eatH398 in the seventhH7637 yearH8141? behold, we may not sowH2232, nor gatherH622 in our produceH8393;
then I will commandH6680 my blessingH1293 upon you in the sixthH8345 yearH8141, that it may bring forth produceH8393 for threeH7969 yearsH8141;
and ye shall sowH2232 in the eighthH8066 yearH8141, and ye shall eatH398 of the oldH3465 fruit until the ninthH8671 yearH8141; until her produceH8393 comeH935 in, ye shall eatH398 the oldH3465.
And the landH776 shall not be soldH4376 for ever; for the landH776 is mine; for ye are strangers and sojourners with me.
And in all the landH776 of your possessionH272 ye shall grant a redemptionH1353 for the landH776.
If thy brotherH251 grow poor, and sellH4376 of his possessionH272, then shall his redeemerH1350, his nearestH7138 relation, comeH935 and redeemH1350 that which his brotherH251 soldH4376.
And if the manH376 have no oneH376 having rightH1353 of redemptionH1353, and his handH3027 have acquired and foundH4672 what sufficeth for its redemptionH1353,
then shall he reckon the yearsH8141 since the saleH4465 thereof, and restoreH7725 the overplus unto the manH376 to whom he soldH4376 it; and so returnH7725 unto his possessionH272.
And if his handH3027 have not foundH4672 what sufficeth for him to restoreH7725 it to him, then that which is sold shall remain in the handH3027 of the purchaser, until the yearH8141 of jubileeH3104; and in the jubileeH3104 it shall goH3318 out, and he shall returnH7725 unto his possessionH272.
And if any oneH376 sellH4376 a dwelling-house in a walledH2346 cityH5892, then he shall have the rightH1353 of redemptionH1353 up to the end of the yearH8141 of the saleH4465 thereof; for a full yearH8141 shall he have the rightH1353 of redemptionH1353.
But if it be not redeemedH1350 until a whole yearH8141 is completeH4390, then the houseH1004 that is in the walledH2346 cityH5892 shall be establishedH6965 for ever to him that boughtH7069 it, throughout his generationsH1755: it shall not goH3318 out in the jubileeH3104.
But the housesH1004 in villages that have no wallH2346 roundH5439 about them shall beH1961 reckonedH2803 as the fieldsH7704 of the country: they may beH1961 redeemed, and they shall goH3318 out in the jubileeH3104.
But as to the citiesH5892 of the LevitesH3881, the housesH1004 in the citiesH5892 of their possessionH272, the LevitesH3881 shall have a perpetual rightH1353 of redemptionH1353.
And if any oneH4480 redeemH1350 from oneH4480 of the LevitesH3881, then the houseH1004 that was sold, in the cityH5892 of his possessionH272, shall goH3318 out in the jubileeH3104; for the housesH1004 of the citiesH5892 of the LevitesH3881 are their possessionH272 among the children of IsraelH3478.
And the fieldH7704 of the suburbs of their citiesH5892 shall not be soldH4376; for it is their perpetual possessionH272.
