Leviticus 22:1-16
And Jehovah spokeH1696 to MosesH4872, sayingH559,
SpeakH1696 unto AaronH175, and to his sonsH1121, that they separate themselves from the holyH6944 thingsH6944 of the children of IsraelH3478, and that they profaneH2490 not my holyH6944 nameH8034 in the thingsH6944 that they hallow unto me: I am Jehovah.
SayH559 unto them, Every oneH376 of all your seedH2233, throughout your generationsH1755, that approacheth the holyH6944 thingsH6944, which the children of IsraelH3478 hallow unto Jehovah, having his uncleannessH2932 upon him, that soulH5315 shall be cutH3772 off from before me: I am Jehovah.
Whatsoever manH376 of the seedH2233 of AaronH175 is a leper, or hath a flux, he shall not eatH398 of the holyH6944 thingsH6944, until he is cleanH2891. And he that toucheth any oneH376 that is uncleanH2931 by a dead personH5315, or a manH376 whose seedH2233 of copulation hath passed from him;
or a manH376 that toucheth any crawling thingH8318 whereby he becometh uncleanH2930, or a manH376 by whom he may becomeH2930 uncleanH2930, whatever may be his uncleannessH2932,
— a personH5315 that toucheth any such shall be uncleanH2930 until even, and shall not eatH398 of the holyH6944 thingsH6944; but he shall batheH7364 his fleshH1320 with waterH4325,
and when the sunH8121 goeth down, he shall be cleanH2891, and may afterwards eatH398 of the holyH6944 thingsH6944; for it is his foodH3899.
Of a dead carcase and what is tornH2966 shall he not eatH398, to makeH2930 himself uncleanH2930 therewith: I am Jehovah.
And they shall keepH8104 my chargeH4931, lest they bearH5375 sinH2399 for it, and dieH4191 by it, if they profaneH2490 it: I am Jehovah who do hallow them.
And no stranger shall eatH398 the holyH6944 thingH6944; the sojourner with the priestH3548, and the hired servant, shall not eatH398 of the holyH6944 thingH6944.
But if a priestH3548 buyH7069 any one for moneyH3701, he may eatH398 of it, and he that is born in his houseH1004: they may eatH398 of his foodH3899.
And a priest's daughterH1323 who is [married] to a stranger may not eatH398 of the heave-offering of the holyH6944 thingsH6944.
But a priest's daughterH1323 that becometh a widowH490, or is divorced, and hath no seedH2233, and returneth unto her father's houseH1004, as in her youthH5271, she may eatH398 of her father's foodH3899; but no stranger shall eatH398 thereof.
And if a manH376 eatH398 of a holyH6944 thingH6944 through inadvertence, then he shall putH5414 the fifthH2549 part thereof unto it, and shall giveH5414 it unto the priestH3548 with the holyH6944 thingH6944.
And they shall not profaneH2490 the holyH6944 thingsH6944 of the children of IsraelH3478 which they offerH7311 unto Jehovah,
and cause them to bearH5375 the iniquityH5771 of trespass when they eatH398 their holyH6944 thingsH6944; for I am Jehovah who do hallow them.
