Kings 18:26-35

And EliakimH471 the sonH1121 of Hilkijah, and Shebnah and JoahH3098 saidH559 to Rab-shakeh, SpeakH1696, we pray thee, to thy servantsH5650 in Syriac, for we understand it, and talk not with us in the Jewish [language] in the earsH241 of the peopleH5971 that are on the wallH2346.

And Rab-shakeh saidH559 to them, Is it to thy masterH113 and to thee that my masterH113 sentH7971 me to speakH1696 these wordsH1697? Is it not to the menH376 that sitH3427 on the wallH2346, that they may eatH398 their own dung and drinkH8354 their own urine with you?

And Rab-shakeh stoodH5975 and cried with a loud voiceH6963 in the Jewish [language], and spokeH1696 and saidH559, HearH8085 the wordH1697 of the greatH1419 kingH4428, the kingH4428 of AssyriaH804!

ThusH3541 saysH559 the kingH4428: Let not HezekiahH2396 deceiveH5377 you; for he will not be ableH3201 to deliverH5337 you out of the [king's] handH3027.

Neither let HezekiahH2396 makeH5414 you relyH982 upon Jehovah, sayingH559, Jehovah will certainly deliverH5337 us, and this cityH5892 shall not be givenH5414 into the handH3027 of the kingH4428 of AssyriaH804.

Hearken not to HezekiahH2396; for thusH3541 saysH559 the kingH4428 of AssyriaH804: MakeH6213 peace with me, and comeH3318 out to me; and eatH398 every oneH376 of his vineH1612 and every oneH376 of his fig-tree, and drinkH8354 every oneH376 the watersH4325 of his own cisternH953;

until I comeH935 and takeH3947 you awayH3947 to a landH776 like your own landH776, a landH776 of corn and wineH8492, a landH776 of breadH3899 and vineyardsH3754, a landH776 of olive-trees and of honeyH1706, that ye may liveH2421 and not dieH4191; and hearken not to HezekiahH2396, when he persuades you, sayingH559, Jehovah will deliverH5337 us.

Have any of the 1godsH430 of the nationsH1471 deliveredH5337 at all his landH776 out of the handH3027 of the kingH4428 of AssyriaH804?

WhereH346 are the 2godsH430 of HamathH2574 and of ArpadH774? WhereH346 are the 3godsH430 of SepharvaimH5617, HenaH2012, and IvvahH5755? and have they deliveredH5337 SamariaH8111 out of my handH3027?

Which are they among all the 4godsH430 of the countries, who have deliveredH5337 their country out of my handH3027, that Jehovah should deliverH5337 JerusalemH3389 out of my handH3027?
